Hotel Riu Cancun - Adults Only - All Inclusive

4 out of 5

Travelocity Verified Review

"The hotel is located in a very good location, it also has parties that guest can be transferred to. The resort is fairly clean and well kept, but the rooms do need a little tlc. There are many pools and hanging out areas for relaxing and drinks. The beach was not the best. Most of the staff was friendly, a few did stand out with poor attitudes, the food was ok, it was the same product at the buffet every night, for brkfst, lunch and dinner. I did also observe a lot of repurposing the morning after with items from previous day being used for other dishes. The steakhouse food was the best, no reservations req, but do arrive early. Overall it was a great stay and would recommend."

"Hyatt Zilara Cancun was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The restaurants and food were delicious. The Spa and its facilities are incredible. Our Ocean Front Room was amazing. We look forward to making this place our home for years to come. They made my wife and I feel like family above all else the Staff made us feel welcomed. Our Personal Butler Brandon was amazing and always had a great smile. Elizabeth “Lizzy” was very kind and a good karaoke host and Rosy at the Spa made the experience even better. There’s countless other great people on Staff. We look forward to coming back soon. Thank you Hyatt Zilara Cancun for such a memorable vacation."

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

5 out of 5

Travelocity Verified Review

"I spent almost a month in Cancun, staying at several hotels, but Dreams Sands impressed me so much that I returned! From arrival, the hospitality was exceptional. Upon arrival, the Staff opened my taxi door, handled my luggage, and welcomed me with wine. Although my room wasn’t ready until 3 p.m. (standard check-in time in Cancun), I could enjoy the beach, food, and drinks while waiting. Complimentary 24-hour room service was a highlight, unlike other all-inclusive hotels charging extra for room-service. Food was available virtually anytime, and the Smart TV was perfect for moments when I simply wanted to unwind in the comfort of my room, a feature several other hotels lacked. Housekeeping was outstanding, with reception proactively checking if I needed room cleaned or any services at all. The food, restaurant service, and variety of activities were excellent. Areas for improvement: clearer signage separating vacation club beach areas would prevent misunderstandings, and staff could be gentler when redirecting guests. Before checkout, reception thoughtfully called to check my airport transfer arrangements and organised prompt luggage assistance for my departure. Overall, the exceptional hospitality, attentive staff, flexible dining, and thoughtful service made Dreams Sands one of my favourite Cancun hotels. Highly recommended, and I’d happily return!"
