A special thank you to the butlers, Oscar and Jesica, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail made our vacation truly unforgettable. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. The service in all the restaurants was outstanding. We would especially like to recognize Jesica, the Buffet Captain, who went far beyond her duties to make every dining experience special. Likewise, Chef David demonstrated remarkable dedication, talent, and hospitality that made each meal memorable. We could say so much more about the incredible staff, especially the waitresses and team members at the beachside restaurant. Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care made us feel welcomed and valued every day. "I loved how friendly the staff is. Everything was so clean. Room service was excellent. Ricardo and Nestor did amazing drinks in the VIP room that made this experience better. I loved the activity when coco bongo staff came over to the pool side. My daughter’s loved the bracelet stand entertainment person was so kind and funny. I would say that I didn’t like was that the pools closed too early. Also the pina coladas tasted so disgusting when getting them from the bar down stairs."

"Overall 2/5. The staff was amazing! The rooms were beautiful and clean. The pool with the hookah and cabanas were 10/10! The air conditioning is TERRIBLE. the room was wet and moist the entire time. Maintenance had to come three times. The food is 2/5 as well. Flavorless and the options were so small. Sodas were all flat. Deserts tasted like paper. If you leave the resort to eat, you will likely enjoy this place much more but as someone who enjoys staying on property…. I won’t be returning."

"Staff was amazing and very attentive! However the hotel was in need of repairs. The hot tub had mold around the perimeter edge and the bathroom door was in need of replacement as the bottom edge appeared cracked and swelled, perhaps from wear and tear of being right on the beach and moisture from the ocean water. The bathroom ceiling had sloppy patch work and was rusted along the edges. The thermostat in our room stopped working mid way through our trip and we were freezing throughout the night. Our room floor was never cleaned, as we could feel grit on the floor, so we couldn’t walk barefoot. On one of the days we didn’t receive any towels and had to request to have brought to our room. On one of the night there was a wedding outside by the beach right below us that had music blasting so loudly that I could feel the vibrations in my bed 7 floors up! When I called to ask to be changed to a different room because I had an early morning excursion I was told there was no availability and was given ear plugs. I will say what made the stay pleasant was the responsiveness of the staff when I called about the thermostat and towels. They also surprised me with champagne and a cake for my birthday which I’m guessing was a way to compensate for the numerous issues I complained about. The lobby and pool areas were spotless but the food was subpar and the same so we tired quickly of the options provided in the all inclusive option we chose."
