Overall, we had a great experience. My only complaint would be the eco-friendly cleaning service. I was told that they would clean up the room every other day. It was more than several days that passed, and I had to call to request for my room to be clean. During our 5 day we enjoyed the property loving the wonderful pools (two pool bars). I wish I could go to the sushi bar right now at your poolside the staff was great. The food was great. Then to come back to our room and it was not even clean. Everything is situated where you don’t feel exhausted when enjoying all inclusive. I would return. Just noting on eco-friendly cleaning it was not follow by your terms with the every other day cleaning. And I don’t wanna forget the room service was great as well.

Gave us the Villa late and still it was not ready one of the bathrooms plumbing overflow from the shower, drainage and still it took over 3 hours to come and still they couldn’t fix it called service 3 times and they show up in 2 hours. When we call to request any service they answer not very friendly we weren’t to happy staying at Wyndham and last time we stay in any of there properties

Beautiful Hotel, big,nice pools, the food was good especially the breakfast. In general it is a great place to stay. The only thing I didn't like is that the personnel in the hotel asked too many personal questions, such as: "Do you have kids? Why not? " Do you work? What do you do? I felt uncomfortable answering so many personal questions.

We booked this resort bc of the villa and because it states that kids stay free on the property description on Expedia. That is not true. There is a charge for each kid based on their ages per day. Also, the villas need an update badly. Our villa had an old smell, discolorations in the wood, the plugged holes and did not further repair them, our mini split was leaking water down to an electrical outlet were the tv was plugged up, and the bathtub faucet was broken and water leaked all over the bathroom floor when running water for my children to bath. The property was not quick about fixing any of the issues. We had to call back twice hrs apart before anyone came for the tub and ac issues. We had 3 upstairs balconies none of which had chairs. We asked for chairs for them and was told they don't know if they have chairs. We called back and someone else said oh we do we will bring them. We had to call back again for the chairs. Also, their is a 5 dollar delivery fee for every time you order the ALL INCLUSIVE room service. This is the first time I have ever encountered that. 5 dollars isn't that big of a deal but for EVERY order and this information isn't disclosed until you check in which is very deceptive. Some of the staff were incredibly rude bc they were busy and looked to be understaffed. We would not stay here again. Even though the villa is spacious!

This property has the best staff. They truly make your vacation memorable. The food is good, there are fun shows in the evenings and a duo plays in the lobby bar every night. It’s not a party atmosphere and is a smaller property. We appreciate both of those things. They just opened up a separate kid’s area and it’s beautiful.

What a pleasant hotel. I didn't know what's to expect but it was an amazing experience. We came down for spring break for a few days and the staff was amazing. From breakfast (the Paloma) Carlos aka Carlitos was always happy to see us to the Sushi Bar with Manual. He had some amazing special drinks! The entertainment and games was a great way to spend a day at the main pool (Luis and Paola from entertainment team what a fun bunch)! Rooms are spacious and clean. View from all points of the hotel is amazing. Highly recommend this hotel! Thank you for a great stay Wyndham!

Great hotel for a good deal! Quite and just enough to take a break from life and enjoy! It’s not extremely luxury, but if you are looking forward to enjoying the beach and have some food it’s a perfect place. Smaller than some hotels, but it give a bit of privacy feeling that I’ve enjoyed. Thanks ( Lois front desk needs to be better at a customer service, the rest of Staff is wonderful) Italian restaurant is the best 🎉
