The hotel is relatively new and very nice and modern. Multiple Restaurants on the Resort but they make it hard to make reservations. I arrived at 12 but couldn’t get a room number till 3 pm check in time and when I tried to reserve was told no availability due to reaching maximum number per day. Buffet is always available but the food seemed not fresh at all times and keep warming and serving the same food left overs from other restaurants or the days before. Not much meat or other animal sources protein available. I have been traveling to Cancun for years and even though the Hotel itself was probably one of the best but food quality and access not at 5 starts level and that is a shame.

The facilities were all top notch. Concierge staff was fantastic. The restaurants for dinner were all good, especially Olio. The pool was great, and the spa service was outstanding. Only negatives were the buffet which was terrible, and they didn't do a great job cleaning up the sargassum off the beach. The only lunch options are the buffet or the snack bar by the pool. Snack bar had a limited menu but the food was good.

Amazing resort. Beautiful room, food was outstanding. Staff could not do enough to make sure our stay was memorable. Our butler Michel made sure everything was perfect. Julian, Ernesto, Alma, palmalo and all the servers at the round pool and Luis the pool butler made sure we had everything we needed. all the restaurant staff, especially Jimmy at satsu, Rubert our waiter and Laura the manager at Olios made the experience a 5 star event. And last but not least Gustavo who took care of our room enhanced the over all experience. I cannot recommend this resort enough a true 5 star. We will be back next year!

If you read a bad review about this place, take it with a grain of salt, because I can tell you this place was unreal Service: Butler - Adrain - this man will be a lifelong friend to us. He’s amazing. He took such good care of us, I became accustomed to waking up to fresh fruit and fresh coffee every morning. I got home and woke up to bills and anxiety. Thank you for making us feel so welcome Adrian. Bars: Ask Maria in the lobby for a “Maria Margarita”. You’re welcome in advance. Food: the restaurants are amazing, like fancy ass amazing. Buffet is…meh….but like, why would you go there? Snack bar was our favourite. Francisco and Santos - these guys were my favourite humans. I wish I loved my job as much as these guys love theirs. (I don’t) they were the best of the best and sang happy birthday to my wife for 3 days Rooms. They’re dated. Lots of water damage in ours - we had oceanfront swim out. The AC isn’t greaaat, but is it the AC or the hormones? We don’t know. We were Serenity club members. Do it. You deserve it. And tip everyone because they deserve it and don’t expect it.

This was our second time here and it’s been absolutely amazing as expected. The staff were fantastic, responsive, and attentive to detail. Carlos, our pool waiter, was top notch. This will always be our go to resort in Cancun.

The hotel was great the staff was great the resort was beautiful the food was good. The restaurant on the resort were excellent Make sure you book a reservation. If you are looking for a party hotel this is not one however they have great entertainment to keep you busy. They are also hookah friendly
