The restaurants at this property were 10 out of 10. There could’ve been some more fun activities at the pool area. I don’t like that you couldn’t order food at the pool area, You had to get up and get it yourself. When you expect to stay at a five-star hotel, you expect a quality of service to be five stars. Also would’ve been nice to know that there was construction going on around our hotel. We had a great view of the construction.

I enjoyed my time here, I signed up for VIP which was not the same at the resort. Wish I had of known prior to going, had the option to upgrade there. The room was very spacious and the food was amazing! I loved the main pool as well, definitely would go back.

Haven should be the measuring stick for all inclusive properties in Cancun. From check in to check out the experience was amazing. The room was immaculate bed was like sleeping on a cloud the housekeeping staff was great. The restaurants were top of the line the buffet was great and Christa was absolutely fantastic. Andres at the coffee bar was funny and personable. Everything we wanted in an all inclusive and definitely plan to go back next April. Thanks to everyone at Haven for a truly memorable experience

Beautiful resort, however beach terrible and smell, 2nd restaurants could not accomodate a party of 12. We had a large group come for celebration and could not eat with them dissapointing.
