My husband and I returned to Haven but this time we came back with our friends and family. We were a group of 8. Haven accommodated use by keeping our rooms close together and UPGRADED us to Serenity 🤗 We had a blast all our friends and family were in paradise heaven. Haven helped us with all our excursion transportations and made everything a breeze. We made it back home and all want to do is go back now. Thank you Haven for the incredible hospitality and excellent service. We shall return soon but will be missing Haven in the mean time.

Best vacation ever! The resort was beautiful, so incredibly clean. The food was delicious. The selection at buffet was mind lowering. The restaurants were fabulous. Pools were so nice. And we had a personal butler who who felt like family. Already starting to plan my next trip back.

Not enough amenities for the cost. The swim out pool from my room and the 2 pools were very cold. I couldn’t even use my swim out pool from room because the water was too cold. Myself as well as the others I travelled with (had rooms next to each other all with swim out pool) asked many times to heat the swim out pool to a reasonable temperature. We were told there was no heater. The was no jacuzzi at the property!!! The food was excellent! The rooms were nice. Room service (had on days we had early excursions) was excellent! The lady with the British accent (I believe) told us the Catamaran tour excursion was amazing. It was awful, it was basically a ferry to Isla Mujeres. Wasted $300 (cost per person) on this excursion.

We had a wonderful time at the Haven Riviera and would happily return. The staff was very polite and attentive. The rooms and facilities were extremely well taken care of and clean. The swim up room was a fantastic choice, we loved it! My husband and I traveled with another couple and enjoyed the whole experience. The resort had a little bit of everything for everyone. It was also super close to the airport and transportation to and from was a breeze. The company doing excursions through the hotel was amazing, and we were well taken care of the entire time! Highly recommend!
