Great place!! It was our first time in Cancun and staying here was a great option. The people the food the service was over all amazing!! We loved the love entertainment like the red shoes México they were awesome and so were the bartenders like Geronimo!! We definitely will be going back there!! It was nice because it was quite and kinda off away from all the other hotels but not to long of a drive into the city. Honestly we could have never left the place and still had an awsome time!!

My husband and I returned to Haven but this time we came back with our friends and family. We were a group of 8. Haven accommodated use by keeping our rooms close together and UPGRADED us to Serenity 🤗 We had a blast all our friends and family were in paradise heaven. Haven helped us with all our excursion transportations and made everything a breeze. We made it back home and all want to do is go back now. Thank you Haven for the incredible hospitality and excellent service. We shall return soon but will be missing Haven in the mean time.

Wow, what an amazing hotel with even more amazing services. Everyone was so friendly and service oriented. Candido was amazing and help out with our restaurant booking and everything else. The property is beautiful, with different areas for different people. If you want to have fun, the center pool is for you. If you want quiet and piece then the quiet pool is your area. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the buffet didnt disappoit. I will highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that want a romantic getaway.

we enjoyed our getaway . been to Cancun many times and this was one of the best. very very clean . Nacho was our assistant / Dynamite . Levi was our waiter around the pool. worked his ass off. Staff was great . Cans of multiple options of beer was great. will be back

We loved our stay but needs some improvement. We arrived very early on our check in date and let the resort know and were willing to pay for early check in. We arrived at 7:30am and unfortunately were not able to get in our room until after 1p. The resort and staff were very hospitable and we were able to check our luggage in and use the amenities and get some food, It was rough waiting almost 6 hours to be able to get to our room but check in is posted at 3pm and they did their best and got us in a little after 1pm, that was good. Gabriela was our butler and she was awesome. She toured us and then took us to our rooms. From there, we were taken care of and Gabriela managed everything for us, dinner reservations, golfing, it was awesome to not have to deal with any of the set up. We were very grateful for Gabriela! Cleaning was excellent, Maricruz and Marisqueva were awesome and so attentive. There was onsite evening entertainment, the best shows were Michael Jackson, the Magic Show, Burlesque and the Dinner and Dance show at Tandini. The best restaurant was Olios hands down! Excellent food. We have always booked at the Excellence Resorts because we always have a wonderful experience with them but wanted to try something different. I would say Haven is a great resort but only having 7 restaurants and only five out of those 7 for fine dining, restaurant options limited. We opted for Serenity club membership, we thought would include all food like Excellence but it does not.

Went for 5 days and it was absolutely amazing. We stayed in a Romance Jr Ocean Front Suite and also went with the Serenity Club. The resort is beautiful and clean. Staff is always helpful. The spa is amazing. Our butler Candido was BEYOND attentive and made sure every request was met. Many activities throughout the day. Booking excursions through front desk was easy and the lady was very helpful. Food was much better than expected given other reviews. Definitely an older crowd at the resort but peaceful nonetheless. Pick this resort if you’re looking for a quiet getaway at a beautiful resort, most definitely not the resort for a rowdy crowd.

This was my wife and I's second trip here. Both times we chose the Serenity club. After just 2 short years away, they totally knocked our socks off with the upgraded amenities and rooms. It was like staying at a completely new resort, with the great staff and service just like before. Special shoutout to Julian at the Serenity Pool Bar and our butler Manny! A service.

Property and room were beautiful. The bathroom was my favorite part and the cleaning staff was great. Bars were always consistent and our favorite place to get food was the grill by the pool where they made fresh tacos and quesadillas. The restaurants were OK and we loved the room service. The foam party at the pool was our favorite activity.

This is a beautiful resort that is laid out really well. The staff and service is superb as well. I think the specialty restaurants could be better and I do think there are several areas that need to be updated and maintained.
