Please let us recommend you to visit the Riu Class website, for advantages and discounts for its members. All our hotels fulfil the international hygienic norms. For example, the bed cloth and towels are washed and dried according to the correct temperature limits as set out by general hygiene instructions. Though we manage a proper fumigation program for all our areas, it is unfortunate that we are unable to control insects at 100%. Due to the warm weather and the location of our resort, which is surrounded by vegetation, it is possible that insects can enter our facilities. We work hard to keep them under control, since our grounds have garden areas. We fumigate continuously all areas to keep insects away from our grounds. Therefore, it is saddening to read that despite our efforts, we were not able to avoid this discomfort. Furthermore, we try to meet the taste of every guest with our wide selection of dishes at our buffet and restaurants which are prepared daily with the utmost care and using fresh ingredients.
