Lovely experience overall! All the drinks are getting watered down. The food is excellent and the staff is super friendly. They will try to pressure you to get a timeshare presentation and they will do it when you check in and when you check out. Just try to get straight to your room if possible that you’ll be OK. If you stay at sunrise, then you can visit the other facility and vice versa. Sunrise is much more lively than Nizuc but if you want a quieter stay then this site is recommended.

We had two rooms and they were not properly cleaned. We had request a mattress being changed out because of the smell and the other room had personal property of previous people still left in the room.

We stayed in Sunrise section, went with my wife and kids 11 and 13. We have been to Mexico many times, 2nd time in Cancun. We had a blast, Amazing time. The room was very clean, cleaned daily , maintenence is everywhere at every detail, the place was immaculate. Everything works!!! The food, evening entertainment and top shelf liquor was amazing. My kids loved the coffee shop and ice cream and desserts. Momo tapanyaki, Candola Italian, Habibi @ grand was delicious. Amazing quality for all inclusive, and can match any high end restaurants at the hotel zone strip. Staff was extremely nice, Jose at the swing bar, Andres the manager at the restaurant next to smoked grill, and almost every staff member was looking to please and assist. I tipped well as the effort they put into making my stay was amazing. I will be back, as i never fully checkout the whole place as it is extremely massive. Great job Moon palace management and staff your efforts show. We made new friends and other guests genuinely enjoyed the resort. See you nextime!!!!
