I could have overlooked everything but the badgering to buy into their vacation club made vacation less enjoyable. It didn’t stop until we got into the van to head to the airport. Even after checkout we were chased down to buy something.

Resort was great, a little too large for my usual preference. Could use more bartenders at the pool bars as it took a while to get a drink unless you got out of the pool and went to one of the other bars near the pool. The concrete around the pools is super slick and seen several people fall and one that was injured pretty bad. Definitely wear shoes of some sorts around the pool area.

First time at Moon palace! We enjoyed our time here..the staff from the front desk to housekeeping was always so friendly and helpful. One thing I would like to have more was for the dining especially breakfast was to have more choice such a beef or turkey protein. As a family who doesn’t eat pork we would appreciate that.

We love this property! This was our 4th visit and the first time we brought our kids. The kids (12 and 14) had a blast. Service was great, food was great, atmosphere was great. Only downfall is the beach in June but we knew this going! It’s seaweed season! Overall great time and can’t wait to go again!

The property had things i liked and didnt like. We stayed at moon palace Sunrise in a swim up. The swim up lights didnt work so it wasnt really fun being in there at night. The resort had tons of things to do for kids and honestly too big to do everything in one trip. The drinks were good but by the pool they were very weak. They have everything you can think of with liquor, but only dos equis and heineken beer. Rooms were a bit small, but very clean and dry. All of the pools were very dirty. Staff was way too pushy about buying timeshares and vouchers for future stays.
