Huge thanks to Manuel at the front desk and Jesus Torres, lobby ambassador at Moon Palace! Manuel gave us the warmest welcome and made check in a breeze. Jesus went above and beyond for us, handling all our dinner reservations and even setting up a WhatsApp group to check in on us daily. The check-in process is long. Please look into more digital options for specific guests or more efficient ways. Wedding department: please add golf carts to your wedding packages to accommodate wedding guests and parties. Weddings happen at the different properties and it would increase your property value and you’ll make more money if you offer that service. Why have children and the elderly wait for carts or walk in the heat to weddings. This is a major issue across resorts and I don’t understand how no one is making this a priority to fix and make your guests happier.

A lot of options for food. Place is big but has a lot of transportation so easy to access.

This place is beautiful but the pool was kind of dirty by the pool bar. Also, the buffet food needs more variety. I love that you can easily make reservations to other restaurants on the app.
