I stayed at this property recently and was extremely disappointed to find a cockroach in my room. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and overall hygiene standards. I was with my little kid,I expect basic cleanliness when staying anywhere, and this experience was unacceptable. I hope management takes immediate steps to address this issue for future guests.

During my stay at Moon Palace, I got bites all over my legs from bed bugs. It was my first time experiencing something like that, so I didn't even know what it was at the time. After I got home, my baby and wife started getting marks too — I thought it was just an allergic reaction, but it turned out to be bed bugs. I’ll never go back there again

After we stayed the first night we wanted to change the tee times, Jonathan and Gabriel rescheduled our tee times and were so pleasant and helpful. We loved swimming and playing golf. The food was exceptional. We plan on going every year.

It’s a beautiful property. The rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Although they do their best to remove it there is a lot of seaweed in the water that washes up on the beach and the water isn’t clear. After checking in we were unable to find an open restaurant. We had to wait until 6pm for them to open and had some difficulty getting reservations.

Busy property probably because it was spring break. The beach was not as nice as you can imagine but the choice of Dining options and food quality makes up for it! The entertainment options and room service was phenomenal. The pool was huge and so many things to do... just don't come here if you just want the blue turquoise experience.

The room service is extremely terrible you have to walk a lot because it’s a big problem, lots of restaurant options but staff can be either very nice or extremely rude depends on who you get the service is also either excellent or sometimes terrible again depends who is providing the service. Rooms are old and dark but I have seen many good places in Cancun better compared to this , they do not match the luxury benchmarks they advertised they have .
