Balcony was great, ocean view was pretty, pools were huge but dirty! There was no entertainment which was a bummer and the beach was dirty! Great food and restaurant options, huge pools and grounds. Lots to do!

This is kids friendly place. Lots of pool activities everyday to keep them very occupied. My teenage kids had a really great time here. Being Indian Vegetarian - there is still lot of food options. But dont expect the food to taste exceptionally great. My kids (and us too) enjoyed the Sunrise, they gave us Day pass for Grand. The food quality we felt at the grand was a bit better. But Grand was very much spreadout all over. Lots of entertainment and lot of food variety for even vegetarian. We found for Veg dishes in dinner restaurants which needs reservations are not so great in taste overall including the Indian restaurant. But otherwise it was great! They would push you to get the membership at the grand. I didnt feel it is worth it. because it is "membership" that you still have to pay for stay, but at a bit discounted rate. Dont see the point in that. But overall the family loved the experience and we never felt bored.

This hotel was awesome!! My family had a great time. The only reason I rated it a 4 and not a 5 is because the ocean around the hotel was unswimable but that is not the hotels fault. The activities and shows were amazing!!

The tubs in rooms are not necessary, and take lots of space. Perhaps have activities for teens! Maybe a teen night. Pools need more activities throughout day. Golf cart service needs to be more often, especially in evenings when people going to dinner. Food themes at dinner would be nice and better entertainment. Otherwise nice hotel!

I love Moon Palace as it is our third time visiting! My issue and concern this time was that there was a lingering odor right off the location of our room and at times it was very nauseating to where I couldn’t enjoy my stay!
