We had a fantastic experience during our stay at Moon Palace Cancun. The resort was beautiful, the service was excellent, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. From the food to the amenities, everything contributed to a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. It was awesome for our end-of-year family vacation. Well maintained rooms and overall hotel accommodations. We truly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great all‑inclusive getaway!

- Too much marketing push: hotel need to stop marketing and avoid customers time. - resort credit has no meaning - since we really can’t use it without paying additional money and use of resort credits are very limited to only small irrelevant items/ activities. - stop marketing oust during check in / check out and waste our time. Three different resort located in vast region makes it difficult to move around as you have to rely on golf card/Bus service. The amenities/entertainment options are there but you can't get to use them unless you book 2-3 days in advance. Same applies for many resturants as you only reservations are allowed. Room service takes 1-1.5 hours and couple of times they didn't ever deliver even after couple of phone calls to front desk. Very lengthy check-in and check-out process.

Rooms was excellent. We booked as a group of 10. One booking- 3 rooms. End up in different parts of the resort the only way to be close to each other is we had to pay an upgrade of $120 per room. Staff is friendly. Check in very slow. Pools are great
