The room was clean , the view was amazing ! The bartender luis and server ruby at the main bar by where you check in were such nice people, they were very welcoming ,they remembered our names and our favorite drinks! We would stop by everyday to say hi to them they are very special people . Jesus who helped us with our luggage was awesome , he made sure we knew our way around and answered all our questions.

It was an excellent experience overall. The atmosphere was great, with a nice buffet and very good restaurant food. The staff were amazing—always smiling, happy, and welcoming. The drinks were good, and Dr. Gabriella was very kind. The beach and pools were perfect. Everything was extremely clean: the rooms, sheets, lobby, toilets, showers—everywhere was spotless. There were a few downsides, though. On the first day, beach towels were very limited and we couldn’t find any all day, which was quite awkward. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided, which was unexpected. Restaurant reservations were also inconvenient, as we had to wake up at 8 a.m. to book. The billiard tables were in poor condition and not level. The hotel programs and entertainment were averag and great for kids, but not ideal for adults looking for a more refined or relaxing experience. I would rate it as a 4 star experience but i think the hotel deserves to be in the top rated ones so i will rate it as 5 and hope they will fix the problems!

My family of five Al got terribly sick for 2 days and we don’t know for sure where from, we suspect it was the water, juices and ice since we all had them. We talked to many other families that experienced the same things so be careful what your ingesting !!

Clean and spacious rooms with beautiful views, clean resort with friendly staff. Beautiful beach with lots of loungers. A bit hard to get dinner reservations some days but lots of options at buffet. Various bars loacted around the resort with good drink options. Adult only floors with adult roof top pool with cabanas, loungers and jacuzzis and a beautiful sunset view. Conveniently located along the hotel zone strip, easy to get the bus to the shopping center.

The food was average, but nothing to get excited about. Rooms were ok, but I found the beds to be quite uncomfortable and our shower had paint falling from the ceiling. The overall layout of the resort is quite compact, which is good for some groups, but not if you are looking for a resort with a bit more variety throughout your stay. The beach was very nice, and the Trafalgar bar was a nice spot to hangout in the evening.

A lot of our group got very ill at this resort and it was a family trip . I am concerned with the food handling and that includes that we all avoided produce and washed our teeth with bottled water from the onset.

Did not get the room that I reserved , wasn’t able to check in, because I was told reservation was only for one person instead of 8. I went 5 times to the desk and speaking with 3 different managers, Nothing was done on their part. Worst manager there was Nataly Woo, super rude and would not recommend. Resort was fully booked and they weren’t able to Accommodate a single room since we had a late flight. They offered to let us keep our bracelets after almost an hour of negotiating, until 6pm instead of 2pm

The rooms here were fantastic. The staff was very attentive and very friendly. The food was great in the buffet and excellent in the à la carts. The beach was great. The pools were great. Everything was fantastic for me my wife and the kids. We really enjoyed our time here.

They were very dishonest about the kids club. They made it sound like you could leave them for how and have some time to yourself here and there,which was my plan, but the baby patadise-upto 3 years old is only open 1 hr 45 min a day. Also the 4-12 year olds have the massive water park thing but only 1-2 activities a day, the area is massive with 2 pools and11 slides and looks where they wouldn't be seen from afar. Somehow they think it's safe for to here to only be 2 staff on that situation. I tried to ask if they'd make an exception and let my daughter barely 4 to just use the baby p as radise one because she's loved the trips and I'd feel that she's safe and despite talking to 4 people and mentioning it's a safety issue, they wouldn't budge. Really bad customer service. Also, they literally don't answer the phone calls from the rooms-they admitted this. Long line ups at reception any time of day.

The pools were good but not heated so my little kids didn't want to go in. They are supposed to refill the mini bar each night and they did not do that do we were always having to go downstairs to the bar to get water. Furthermore...the food was horrendous. Old, cold and overdone. On top of that 7 out of the 9 in our group were sick. Throwing up, etc.

The hotel's location was excellent, which was definitely a highlight of our stay. The pools were enjoyable for our family, and there were decent activities available that kept everyone entertained. However, there were some notable disappointments. The buffet food quality was below expectations, with the same limited options served at both lunch and dinner, which got repetitive quickly. The towel service at the pool was frustratingly slow - we often waited up to 30 minutes just to get towels, which really detracted from our relaxation time.

This was our 3rd time visiting as a family and likely the last. The resort's grounds have improved over the years. The staff was great, especially Jesus, the Bellhop (great to see him again), and Nieve in the Palapas, who was always so helpful and accommodating. With that said, the food quality has gotten worse over time (it was never great), and the beach was not kept as clean as in prior visits. We witnessed over and over people “reserving” lounge chairs at the pool and on the beach (against the club rules), and in some cases, on the beach, there were groups who had reserved chairs in the sun and the shade, bouncing back and forth, leaving them empty half the time. Also, the female “lifeguard” on the beach was seen on her phone for extended periods, not even looking at the water. The evening entertainment or shows were low-budget and slightly cringeworthy.
