Beautiful property. Lovely pools. One drawback. Scent pumped into lobby caused an allergic reaction. Pleaded to unplug. Won’t do it. Ended up couldn’t enjoy activities in the lobby throughout the day and evening. Even attending reception desk was punishing. Please listen to guests. This really hurt me physically.

Finding things to do nearby and taking the city transportation (buses) was easy and fairly cheap. The buffet service was variable - they were either never around or slightly overbearing - and there was very little information about the foods - desserts had no place cards saying what they were or what was in them so allergies could be a problem. However, one of the restaurants, Marco Polo, served an incredible meal and the service there was terrific! As was the convenience store help on site.

I didn’t get the best experience. Since the very first day. The staff invited me to a breakfast at another hotel from the same chain, promising things. During that morning I said no to their “membership” multiple times, but they wouldn’t take no for an answer. On my way out they stopped being as nice, they had wasted my entire morning on this. I felt very upset and nervous with the way they were aggressively pushing me to buy something I didn’t want. The point of this trip was to relax not to stress out with useless paperwork.

**Pros:** *Location* Great location with a bus stop right outside, making it easy to reach downtown (20-25 mins). However, returning requires a 5-6 minute walk from the nearest bus stop. *Price* After researching, I found this resort to offer the best value for money among similar properties. *Entertainment* The resort offers poolside games, nightly shows in the theater, and indoor entertainment like a pool table and card games. *Safety* It’s family-friendly and feels very secure. **Cons:** *Services* Basic medical supplies (pain relief, band-aids) were unavailable, and laundry service was poor (clothes returned unwashed). *Staff* Some staff were not very friendly, and many didn’t speak English well, making communication difficult. *Food* The buffet was underwhelming, and drinks were better if you built rapport with bartenders. The deli should open earlier. *Pool & Amenities* The pool area gets crowded, and there are not enough beds. The single jacuzzi holds just 12 people, which isn’t enough for the number of guests. *Construction Noise* Ongoing construction nearby disturbed the peace and affected our room’s view. **Conclusion:** Overall, it’s an affordable resort with entertainment and safety, but it could improve in food, service, and amenities. It’s a decent option if you're on a budget but has potential for improvement.

Leaking air conditioner and celling in both room. Telephone not working. Room humidity extreme high due to air condition not working properly. Facility condition is in extreme bad condition and old, needs remodeling in the rooms. Every look old dirty and disgusting. This hotel is nothing like the pictures show online don't be fool like my family l. After so many complaints to the hotel staff and expedia nothing was done. Hotel promised to change the room and they never did. In the other hand Expedia never contact the hotel to reaolve the situation. At the end my family vacation was ruin by the hotel and expedia. Total waste of money and time. They offer 1 hr a day free Wi-Fi which never work.

Great hotel and the food was really good. Only area for improvement would be to have a better system for booking the restaurants and offer more availability for booking times. Nonetheless we loved the resort and give it 5-stars.
