No regresaría a ese lugar. El hotel está pasado de moda y está pensado para parejas sin niños. No es un buen lugar para familias. Lo bueno: El personal es muy dedicado y atento. Con excepción de los concierges, los empleados hacen lo mejor que pueden. Los concierges hacen un pésimo trabajo: informan mal (o no informan), solo intentan enganchar nuevos miembros al club de resorts y no son consistentes con lo que prometen (ofrecieron regalar diamantes, tequila, etc). Parecen charlatanes y son poco serios. Lo malo: El edificio está pasado de moda. Las instalaciones son antiguas. Todo tiene una estética de hace 20 años atrás y no han renovado la ropa de cama. Es un hotel de 3 estrellas. La comida es poco atractiva. Está reseca y es poco variada. Es un problema de la administración, no de los empleados. Lo peor: Esta cadena tiene 3 hoteles en la misma zona. El primer día nos prometieron poder acceder a las instalaciones de los otros hoteles y nosotros nos entusiasmamos con el parque de agua infantil. Cuando quisimos llevar a nuestra hija a los juegos de agua, nos dijeron que teníamos que tomar una presentación del otro hotel. Se trata de dos hoteles de mucho mejor categoría que el GR Solaris. Fuimos, dejamos a la niña en el club infantil, junto al parque de agua, y nos llevaron a una visita guiada de más de dos horas para vendernos la membresía del club. Fue horrible porque en varias ocasiones dijimos que no queríamos comprar la membresía y no nos dejaban ir.

Resort was nice and the Pools and Ocean were excellent. Room was nice as well. Valet and Bag Handlers were very helpful. Dislikes: Front Desk staff member was very cold and sent us to a room that was less than what we paid for. Bag Handler called front desk and had this corrected immediately (Bag Guys were GREAT!) Jacuzzi Tub had two lights that lit everything up and couldn't be turned off and Jacuzzi in room was on porch outside so unless you wanted EVERYONE seeing a romantic moment in your Porch Heart shaped Jacuzzi ... you had no other option. Had card recoded at front desk to new room and ask for a mask and the first one they gave us had no strings to cover your ears and when I said something they gave me a second one with a broken string. Stopped at the Hotel Store to get a mask since the front dEsk was NO HELP and they want $8 for a mask. We were told restaurants closed at 10 pm but at 9:20 the Restaurant very coldly said they were closing and to make reservations for tomorrow...although the place had at least 20 guest still at their table and amply waiters to take two more guest order. Left VERY disappointed and went to Buffett were at 10pm PROMPTLY ALL the food was pulled from the countertops. Breakfast was much different as the waiters informed us # times the Buffett was about to close. Bar in main lobby had VERY LOUD CROUD that the noise radiated throughout the Lobby. Nice Resort but for the the price and the rude and discourteous staff we will NOT return
