Staff is terrific, spotless clean, very well designed resort. Place gets a 4 instead of a three based on those things they do well Downsides are that it's all inclusive. Food is not good. Beautiful restaurants, but at the brazilian restaurant with great presentation, couldnt tell the difference between beef, chicken, pork etc. three sliced meats and three cheeses on the buffet had indistinguishable flavors. Everything food wise really bland. We had a high end ocean front room with a balcony hot tub and an in suite soaking tub. Couldn't use either and had to jump in and out of cold shower as they over four days they never could get warm water to work.

Everything was great, except for the fact that they were using the jackhammer to tear up the tiles in the pool area very noisy and it was on the weekend. Suggest maybe a slower time not when there’s so many guests.

We were disappointed that we had two instances where we had money stolen, once from the pool area, and the other time out of our room. We had the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door but found our room had been cleaned anyways. The two thefts totaled $210.00 USD which won't break us but doesn't sit well, especially when the staff/management pretty much shrugged us off. I reported this 3 separate times and had ZERO response from Fiesta Americana Condesa's Security department and management. On top of it all, Fiesta Americana Condesa did not honor our VIP status as they had Ocean Front Rooms available that was supposed to be a FREE UPGRADE feature, but instead, charged me $539.00. Again, VIP members are to receive FREE UPGRADES! As for the property itself, it was fine although the rooms need to be refreshed/updated as it is showing its age. Besides the above issues, we still had a nice time as the food, service and entertainment was great! We spent more than we wanted to on this trip as the rates seemed very high (almost double from the last time we stayed here), but will go back but with lower expectations.

We had the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door but found our room had been cleaned anyways. I reported this 3 separate times and had ZERO response from Fiesta Americana Condesa's Security department (Karen) and one of the managers (Roberto Velasquez). On top of it all, Fiesta Americana Condesa did not honor our VIP status as they had Ocean Front Rooms available that was supposed to be a FREE UPGRADE feature, but instead, charged me $539.00. They were going to charge me $700.00 (USD) for the upgrade until I mentioned that it was supposed to be a FREE UPGRADE! As for the property itself, including the rooms, need to be refreshed/updated as it is showing its age. Lastly, the food, service and entertainment was great! Had a great time chatting with Andrew and Wendy in the entertainment department!! We spent more than we wanted to on this trip as the rates seemed very high (almost double from the last time we stayed here), but will go back but with lower expectations.

The room was kept spotless. From the very beginning, the staff was absolutely amazing when our luggage was collected to the pool staff. Thomas, Reyes, Entertainment staff Esteban, Ariel, Ileana, All the restaurant and bar staff were amazing. Every staffer I passed had a smile and a greeting. Everyone was more than willing to help with anything we needed. If I have another return trip it will be to Fiesta American. Thank you for everything.
