By far and away the staff at this resort were the most friendly and helpful of any hotel/resort we have ever encountered anywhere!! The resort was extremely clean. The food was very good at every place we ate. Rosato's is highly, highly recommended. We only had one minor issue. The ATM dispenses only large bill pesos. Trying to get change for the $500 MXN was very cumbersome. Otherwise, our 10-day was amazing.

The resort has great food, we recommend trying the French toast at breakfast and the Brazilian and Italian restaurants, it was such a great experience. All the staff were super charming, with amazing personalities (shout out Estaban, Angel, Sergio, and Paula. Seriously shout-out everyone cuz everyone was outstanding). Pool stays open till 8 which is neat. The beach was beautiful despite the harsh waves. Definitely recommend the resort!

All around we had a wonderful time. Hotel is beautiful. The food was great! The staff are amazing.. The bartenders at the swim up bar were awesome!

Es mi segunda vez en el hotel. Las opciones de comida son variadas y deliciosas. La atención del personal es excelente. El área de piscinas y playa limpia. Muy recomendado el hotel. Gracias a Hugo Sánchez y Elmar que nos atendieron muy bien.

Out of the 11 restaurants, several closed unexpectedly without notice. Some of them were closed just for a day, but for guests like me, that day might have been the only chance to visit. Moreover, the staff couldn’t give a proper explanation for the closures — they simply said, “It’s closed,” or “I don’t know.” Because of that, I ended up having to use the main buffet almost every day. The room was also very small, and the plunge pool I paid extra for was so cold and poorly maintained that I didn’t even want to use it. The landscaping around it looked completely neglected. The air conditioner in the room was freezing cold, and even when I tried to turn down the temperature, it didn’t work. I called the staff several times, but they couldn’t fix it either. Considering all these problems, they could have at least offered to move me to another room for a few nights out of my 5-night stay, but they never did. Overall, the pool was too small, and there weren’t many places to go around the resort. There were a few jacuzzis near the pool, but since the water was cold, I couldn’t understand the point. The facilities in general felt worn out, and I have no intention of coming back in the future.

Staff were amazing! Everyone knew us by name. Food was excellent, lots of choices. Lots of activities, very clean, lots of restaurants to choose from. Only complaint was the railing going into pools was not always to edge of pool, bad knee so this would have been very helpful. Hope to return again!
