My group enjoyed the mussels and grilled squid but we definitely felt the cook’s slight irritation over us coming back for more. The Al pastor tacos from the taco place were good so it was really disappointing that they were closed three days out of our four day stay. Another thing that the hotel could definitely improve on is adding more nighttime activities. It was raining during our stay and because the pool closed early 7/8pm, our only options for entertainment were the rickety ping pong table, foosball table with missing handles and warped billiards table. We’re not heavy drinkers so without water activities, our evening we’re kind of boring. I would like to highlight that though the food and entertainment were lacking, we did feel like the staff went above and beyond for us; no interaction with any of them was unpleasant.

Beach is small. Dining wasn’t as described on Expedia. Limited dining and most places you had to pay extra for the good food. We could barely use the plunge pool as it was dirty and didn’t appear to be cleaned at all during our stay. Not very many activities going on during our stay.
