Staff is the star of this resort. Kind, professional, friendly, and always helping. Property needs some TLC in rooms and main pool. Food is good throughout including buffet.

At first staff greeted you was very helpful, great customer service. Then after the second day you are just a number to them. Last day it’s like they cannot wait for you to leave. No staff is on the same page . Food 2 star , we ate elsewhere.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. Every employee would greet us as we walked by even the grounds keepers. The staff was constantly cleaning. Everywhere we went someone was cleaning cabanas, sweeping the pool area, taking care of the beach, cleaning elevators and so on. All of the restaurants, pool, beach access and activities were easy to get too and very close to each other. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to one of the towers that literally put us on the beach with one of the most amazing views of the ocean we have ever seen. Definitely would stay again.
