Property/ rooms were very clean. But NO night entertainment, only Karaoke at night for only about an hour at a "sports bar" with in the property. Day time pool area very boring. No music, only a game or two with pool staff a day. Only main pool is the only one that "cracks". Restaurants within property require reservation, you cant just walk in and eat. Only at the international buffet which is where we ate everyday because its pretty annoying to have to wait for a time to eat, specially when you have activities planned and you just want to arrive and grab a bite. Sports bar is the only option when buffet is closed and takes them about an hour just to get a salad out with mozzarella sticks. SIMPLY NOT A RESORT FOR YOUNGER CROWD. ALOT OF older people and kids. Wont be staying here again.

Nice resort but not a great family destination. No kids activities. No night time activities or shows at the hotel. You have to leave the resort to do anything entertaining. Also the area is extremely slippery so a big hazard for little ones and also adults. No good choices of restaurants within the hotel. They said more than what is really offered. Also having to give your key and say your room number is annoying. Jist get the electronic bracelets like every other all inclusive or a different band. Wont be back and we absolutely love mexico but will be staying somewhere else

Exceptional property. However, it lacks amenities needed to enjoy more than two days at the resort. Also has limited dining options and activities. All amenities close at 10pm so literally becomes a ghost town at that point. Otherwise, great location, clean rooms and property overall, and no bugs of any kind seen across my entire stay! I’d do it again but for a shorter stay, 3 days max!

Let me start out by saying I don’t only post negative reviews. I post positive ones just as equally. With that said, we did not love this resort. The food choices on the buffets were lacking in comparison to other all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at in the past couple years. The service at the non-buffets were extremely poor when it comes to refills, smiles and speed of service. The food was much better at those, yet my family walked out after waiting 45 minutes for a dessert that never arrived in an almost empty restaurant. The amenities closed so early that my grown teen boys were upset that there was nothing to do after 7pm. The rec room with pool tables, outdoor shuffleboard items, etc were all closed by 7pm daily. The shows got booked up early so we never even got to see one & the dinner reservations also booked up early so we only scored ONE the entire week we were there. And that’s only bc it was the 4th of July so the hotel hosted a large outdoor buffet, leaving us the opportunity to get a reservation at Hacienda Sisal. Now, when it comes to Hacienda Sisal, everything was 150%. The service, the food, the smiles on the servers faces. It was amazing. But every other place on the property seemed annoyed to serve us. And this is coming from a Mexican American who speaks fluent Spanish. So it has nothing to do with not understanding, etc. I think there is a ton of room for improvement and do not plan on ever returning.
