Yes! The room was clean, nice and stocked well. The food, drinks, staff, amenities and ambience were all great!!!! The shopping mall Flea Market and resort script accessible and in walking distance of the resort. I definitely recommend booking here.

The staff here is fantastic! Really made my bf feel special on his birthday with cake and champagne. The resort is very clean and you see people in the cleaning 24/7. Direct beach access, multiple pools and access to the parties at another RIU. The restaurant are hit or miss and they could have more activities, but if you want a RIU on the more chill side this is the one for you.

We have been to Cancun many times at many different resorts in this by far was the best stay we've had despite a couple of issues. Our first night our air conditioning was broken in a beautiful room but Pamela came to the rescue and made everything right and was more than accommodating. The issue was resolved we got to move rooms and ended up with a better view than we had to begin with. This was by far the cleanest resort, with the best food and the best drinks... not all just drinks sitting out in the sun and drink machines, but real bartenders actually shaking, hand-poured Margaritas and drinks, which is hard to find at many resorts. Also one of the best beaches I've ever been to and with the mall just across the street where you can go get a Starbucks coffee and many other upscale restaurants within walking distance. We never felt unsafe and took a bus down the road to the marina to get on the ferry to go to the island and never felt unsafe at all. We're already thinking about going back and for the first time ever we would definitely go back to the same resort property. For the price compared to the amenities it is definitely worth it. To be honest this resort is probably underpriced. Thank you to Pamela and the entire staff for a wonderful vacation!

La comida estuvo bien, nada mas que bien, el buffet solo tenia pequeñas varaciones casa dia. En 5 noches que estuve ninuna sola vez existieron los favoritos de todo visitante y turistas "TACOAS AL PASTOR". El mejor restaurante que rwcomiendo es el steakhouse con sus opciones de Langosta, El Mexicano malp, pedi los tacos de camarones , vinieron insulsos connuna salsita de chipottle unicamente , ni siquiera lamopcion de agregarle nada mas como.cilantro unotra salsa. Las entradas muy excasa variedad. El restaurante gourmet Kristal , regular. La noche del Martes era noche de seafood en el buffet, no habia pulpo ni langosta en el menu!!! Enmlos bares habias decenas de personas y 1 solo mesero que levantaba los pedidos, demoraba 20 minutos en levantar el.pedido de tragos y demoraba otros 20 minutos en llevartelos!! En la sala de espectaculos la Latina por la demora tenias que levanatrte e irnuno mismo a buscar losbtragis perdiendote parte del show. La habitacien era amplia y tenia la vista por la que habia pagado pero del baño emanaba unnolor a caño nada agradable, no era constante, claramente tienenalgun problema de desague o de acumulacion de residuos en el sistema sanitario y desagüe de las aguas servidas. No entiendo como este Hitel de 5 estrellas tiene estas fallas tan notorias y mantiene un review tan alto. Ennlasmpisconas se repetia el mismo problema que en los bares una eternidad en levantar pedidos ynotra eternidad en llevarlos. La playa es hermosa.

The hotel is clean and pretty new. The food in all of the restaurants exceeded my expectations. The staff is very professional and friendly. We stayed here for the second time after having stayed at previous properties before. It was a great experience again and I recommend it.

We stayed in the Elite and had access to a special dinner and breakfast space downstairs. The in room options were upgraded for elite and included wonderful eggs Papaya pancakes etc. The elite pool was a nice place to hang out. Dinners were to much food for us. Beautiful Hotel but I do not think I will ever do an all inclusive again.
