Did was delicious in all restaurants. The beach view is beautiful but there is a lot of seaweed. Bring your cup and straw if you want to keep your drinks cold and like to use a straw. Wait staff is always attentive. There is no one who serves the beach area. You have to go to the pool area to get drinks. The room was cleaned every day but my fridge wasn't filled every day.

Bad customer service upon arrival we were very surprised front desk lady was very rude and could not answer any questions we asked her. We paid for ocean room view and did not get ocean view. They gave us a room facing a pool but no ocean view. We also had cash money stolen in our room on the second day there while we were out. Security did not get back to us till the last day with no help. Overall we were very disappointed .

This place is amazing, great food, vibes energy. The people everything was GREAT. I don't like the choice of music they play. DJ is playing music all day everyday but no hip hop and R&B. I was very disappointed. But I will return.

Stop marketing this property as a generic “adults-only party resort.” It is not. In reality, it functions far more like A SWINGER-FOCUSED HOTEL — and that crucial detail is nowhere clearly stated in the description. This hotel needs to be honest about what it actually is. We booked as two friends expecting a fun, energetic, social atmosphere with a younger crowd. Instead, the environment was overwhelmingly couple-focused and heavily centered around a sexually charged, swinger-oriented dynamic. Most guests appeared to be 40+, and the overall vibe was nothing like what most people would reasonably expect from a typical party destination. We felt genuinely uncomfortable throughout our stay. The social energy was not inclusive or youthful; it felt niche, closed-off, and clearly tailored to middle-aged couples seeking sexual experiences. This is not a minor detail it defines the entire property. If the hotel were transparent about primarily catering to a swinger/lifestyle crowd, we would never have booked. The lack of clarity feels intentional and extremely misleading. The staff seemed detached and uninterested. Communication was minimal, and we did not feel welcomed or supported at any point. No one made any effort to check on us or ensure we were comfortable. At night, the staff appeared to vanish entirely, creating the impression that guest experience and safety were not a priority. This is not a mainstream party hotel. It caters to a specific audience.

I recently stayed at Temptation Resort for five days, and overall, our experience was absolutely amazing. The food, drinks, entertainment, and overall atmosphere were wonderful. The energy of the resort truly makes it a unique and unforgettable destination. I want to specifically recognize the entertainment crew especially Mag and Bride who brought incredible energy and made every event fun and engaging. A very special thank you to David from the Rain Buffet. He was outstanding — extremely attentive, welcoming, and consistently went above and beyond, not just with us but with other guests as well. He truly made us feel valued every time we dined there. However, I did have a disappointing experience with Arturo from Premier. I was promised something that was not honored, which was very upsetting. What made the situation more frustrating was that the Premier manager was aware of the issue from the moment it occurred but did not acknowledge our concerns or take accountability. As a result, we had to pay an additional expense out of pocket. My only complaint is this: promises should never be made to guests if they cannot be kept. Integrity and follow-through are extremely important, especially at a resort of this caliber. Aside from that situation, we had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our stay.

quality going down. All new staff and they do not engage guests as old play makers. Room was dated, could not keep our patio open during the day, otherwise the HVAC control would go crazy, beep and light flash on/off. Maintenance tried to fix 3 times and told us that patio door can't be open. Did not make sense. They are trying to upgrade you at every corner. All poolside lounge chair were all reserved by 08:00. Guests were paying staff to put towels out. Most were not used during the day. There are not water activities now, no idea why/when that was removed from the resort. I've been that 8-9 times and will not likely be back as the price they charge and quality is not there.
