The entire hotel is impeccable - top to bottom every room, area, and item is in perfect condition, new. Every single employee is dedicated to the best service and communicates with deep sincerity. Imagine the best - this is it. A few things in our room were stuck (sliding separation door). I reported each tiny thing to help future guests. Yet the hotel immediately fixed it so quickly - amazing. The only thing in our suite I found annoying was the lighting. Buttons everywhere as I’d often the case. Not a problem to push and guess. The issue is I often work at night while other people sleep. Each time I would leave the room to take a quick walk to stretch, I gambled on the impact my return would have. Nearly always, once I opened the door, all lights would turn on super bright, the blinds would all open, and one tv would turn on. I’d have to run to the bedroom area to push the all power off button as quickly as possible to let people return to peace. I didn’t ask if there was a workaround, but it’d be helpful to share a lighting cheat sheet in any case. I liked the quiet feel of the hotel. Everything is located in it’s own corner to the point it can be difficult to find. While generally subdued, if people want to get loud and crazy, it’s supported and allowed. Room service food was my favorite eating option. I missed having a rotating buffet as a backup dinner option. Breakfast buffet is the best imaginable.Restaurant menus weren’t interesting to us at all. Weird options.

The only complaint I have was the pool hours. Our favorite pool which was the coolest temperature closed at 6 pm and the main pool at 8 however the main pool was so hot it felt like a bathtub. Due to safety we planned on utilizing the resort as much as possible and so the pool was our main fun and having to leave the pool so early was a bummer

Amazing staff, plenty of activities to do at the hotel throughout the day. Dinning is wonderful (breakfast especially). Beautiful and safe mall across the street, it is expensive but it’s no one hassles you to buy things like other places. Overall the hotel was beyond great and my wife and I had a wonderful baby moon trip there and we Cannot wait to come back!

We had an amazing stay at Live Aqua Resort in Cancun! The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us some of the best sleep we’ve ever had on vacation. The food was consistently delicious, with a variety of options to suit every taste. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. My family and I were there to celebrate my son’ s 21st birthday. The property is amazing, we enjoy the street food as well as several of the restaurant. The only issue is wait ing over an hour for the Italian restaurant due to butler service or preferred guests. Need to change that policy. The spa service was incredible!
