I booked two (2) rooms at the Beach Palace and was happy with the rooms with the exception of the A/C which kept running which was fine, I just needed to redirect the fan. The issue I had was with downstairs, the salespeople booked me to go with my 5 children to Moon Palace for a day pass, when Moon Palace mentioned that all my children had to participate in a 90 minute presentation, I told them I'm sorry, but will have to return to Beach Palace. Lastly, the front desk, told us that we could check out late, but on check-out day, the manager had his employee pay $120 to cover the check out. I was shocked that they would ask an employee to cover a fee, never happened before. Don't think I will return.

First time at Beach Palace or any other Palace resort. Great experience. Traveled with 11 and 14 year old kids. They loved it. Love that everything is right there. No huge facility where you need to take golf carts to go to the beach or pool. Food was on par for all-inclusives— not award winning but something for everyone. Great room service 24/7. Speedy and great options. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Didn’t feel like I was constantly being pressured into tipping at every interaction. Staff were genuine and caring. Will definitely be going back.

Biggest scam I’ve ever experienced. The hotel is nothing like what is posted, it is completely run down and surrounded by abandoned and graffitied resorts! Terrible quality, dirty pools! Unsafe pool conditions, many people were falling and hurting themselves around the pool area! My son fell and bruised his face and hips, and came back limping! Absolutely ridiculous! The ac in the rooms had mold on them, the bedding and robes were stained! They only have 4 small elevators, always packed , running slow, which made going up and down totally inconvenient. This is a total scam! Nothing like the pictures on line which are nearly 20 years old!!!

We really had a good stay in this Hotel. Staff was great and service is A1 excellent! Food was also great tasting with a lot to choose from. The hotel itself is a little outdated but very clean! Would love to stay here again and their other Hotel chains! Seemed like a very good hotel company. Shout out to Angelo and Ferdina at breakfast buffet, as well as all the staff at Smoke house restaurant for great service. Thank you!

The hotel is closing in the next 8 months, so you can tell from the service and the building itself. They are not putting any more money into the building. You can tell they use leftover food at the buffett. In the restaurant options were slim pickings. The hotel had a mild dewy smell to it. The elevators take a very long time and are always packed. They tell you you have a hotel credit, but then it's a limited credit. You can't use it on everything and, you have to pay the taxes on the credit if you don't book directly through them and you use any outside agencies, they treat you differently. And any problems you have while you're there.They say it's because you booked with an outside agency.
