Fantastic hotel. Our stay was short, but everything was great. Check in was super easy, we were upgraded to an ocean view room. Staff was amazing and the resort was always clean. I'll def be looking at staying at the RIU on my next vacation.

Excellent hotel- the crew is so kind and take care of everything you need and want. There is a lot of drink, good food, and multiple activities. We stay there with our four teenager and they had good time. Of course we had to pay for some water sports and entrance to xcaret parks.

I stayed at this hotel in Cancun and had such a great time! The place was super clean and well-kept, and the vibe was amazing. The party scene was definitely the highlight, so much energy and fun! The food was just okay, but everything else totally made up for it. Overall, a really fun experience and I’d definitely come back!

I like my room, the view is beautiful except it’s flooded twice while I was there and I lost my shoes in the process. The lobby and the corridors , lots of mosquitoes and not enough entertainment. Otherwise it’s okay. And I still recommend it to friends and family and I’ll go back there for more fun. Each taxi driver has a different price 🤔
