Fantastic hotel. Our stay was short, but everything was great. Check in was super easy, we were upgraded to an ocean view room. Staff was amazing and the resort was always clean. I'll def be looking at staying at the RIU on my next vacation.

This was the perfect vacation! The service was excellent and we loved this resort! We enjoyed the activities such as aqua exercise classes, silent disco, and mariachi live performance. The room was clean, the pools and beach were great, and we enjoyed the food. We would definitely come back!

Everything was amazing. This was our first time visiting Cancun, and Hotel Riu Caribe exceeded our expectations. There were lots of food varieties, and we especially loved the Coral restaurant, Margarita, and the Steak House. The amenities were excellent, and the staff provided a kind and welcoming reception throughout our stay. We would definitely return.

I loved this resort. The staff worked so hard to keep it clean. Very very well kept. Buffet was the best. The other restaurants are a bit boring, with not much selection but the buffet was amazing. Would book again!

Everything was clean and perfect. We really enjoyed our stay here. Our first room was on the first floor and it was really noisy but we asked staff to change room for us and they immediately helped us. Appreciate it. Very helpful staff. Food was amazing! Room was cleaned fantastic everyday by Nancy. Food was sub par at best and drinks were horribly watered down. Don’t pay thousands of dollars to get drinks made from a bottle. Make drinks in real time in front of people. Best food there was breakfast. Stayed at riu Cancun previously and was wonderful.

Everything was wonderful, we really liked it. Clean, fun, and delicious. We were there three years ago and liked it, but there were some nuances we didn’t enjoy. This time, after the renovation and improvements to the menu, everything was excellent. Keep it up! I think we will come again. (One small point that could improve guests’ stay: the rooms need new, softer towels. The beach towels are softer than the room towels that guests use after the shower.) Other than that, everything was great.
