Hey Guys so here is the scoop overall the hotel was beautiful & really nice,I would like to 1st start off by saying GET THE DIAMOND PACKAGE, the reason why is I’ve traveled to plenty of places & got there regular booking packages & got frustrated with the back and forth about making dinner reservations and it being “full” ( B.S) & honestly being treated BASIC… so me & my boyfriend decided let’s just upgrade ourselves so we get the treatment that we want! Best parts of the diamond package was obviously the service ( expect at the diamond beach area… I felt like if you weren’t tipping the workers from the get they basically hardly served you while you where beach side or pool side… that was my experience because once I gave them a few dollars all of the sudden the service changed … but back to the good parts about diamond package…we had a virtual butler that we would text using what’s app and anything we needed we would communicate that way and it went smooth … the resort was beautiful and the staff was very nice… lastly if your a big drinker and don’t like bottom self liquor then definitely get the diamond package because the local liquor is cheap rubbing alcohol unless you drink tequila Food was above ok but not GREAT The Italian restaurant, ice cream bar was TRASH & Room Service was a Joke , Score bar was good if you needed a late night sobering up food & lastly Entertainment was Horrible sorry not sorry they gotta work on that In conclusion Vibes & Views yessss

We stayed at Royalton Chic for 5 days, 4 nights. We paid for Private shuttle through the hotel company "Nexus". At the airport we found the Shuttle tour guy. Arrived at the property around 11a.m. Paid for Diamond club. At checkin we were assigned our room, literally in our room by 12:30. Staff was amazing we did pre-travel request so all our dinner reservations were set. We ate at all the resturants Expext Jade it was closed during our stay. Of all the restaurant's Grazie "Italian" restaurant" was definitely the best.. Portions were small. But the food was good! Drinks are TERRIBLE. Not sure what they used as a chaser. At checkin you'll get a coupon book. And with diamond club you get 1hr free hydrotherapy in the spa sooo worth it. The virtual butler was extremely helpful Rescheduling dinner plans keeping us informed with amenities on the property. Level 18 was so dead during our stay. Everyone was at the regular pool. Staff was amazing. Not sure if diamond club was worth it.. My husband said it was.. Also room service top notch.. Our room was hot at check-in thermostat set to 66° F yet it was hot.. Front desk responded quickly had maintenance come up promptly. Be mindful hotel is for younger crowd. Covid test were free as we stayed for more than 3 nights. It was a rapid test. Results available less than 1 hour. Overall my only issue with the hotel were the drinks and the food being okay! I would stay again staff was awesome and the property is in a great location.

The hotel was beautiful and stood out from the rest, staff were very friendly, all inclusive but expect to tip for all services, the restaurants were good particularly Jade and Agave, the buffet was a hit or miss because some food was cold or not tasty I recommend the pasta bar because they make it fresh in front of you, the spa is extra $ but well worth it! The message was amazing and the private jacuzzi and pool you get to use for an hour prior is relaxing. Pool and beach were great, activities like jet skis and parasailing are offered on the beach, people would come up tp you and try to sell you things.. even drugs.. hotel staff didn’t seem to care or stop them from bothering guests. It is a bit of a party hotel, and some of the guests seemed a bit crass.. not the most classy of people. Loud music is played. I would’ve preferred a quieter more peaceful environment. Room service is slow. Drinks were great. The gift shop is nice and jewelry store has beautiful pieces.
