Great place, great staff. A little outdated but it is getting redone as we speak I believe. This is a great property and close to alot of things to do.

We ended up in the 6th floor. We came across roaches- 5 of them. Staff came to our door and said they are spraying for mosquitoes. What a joke. Amenities- could be better. The pool was not heated and the weather was not good. You could not do anything. The elevator - 1 of them is very slow, imagine if there is an emergency. Although checking in was good- I requested , over 40 days to give me connecting rooms as I traveling with child and nanny. It was an inconvenience. Food, was food , not great.

Great staff and good food. Quality drink choices. Easy access to ferry for day trip to isla mujeres. Highly recommend taking day trip and ride golf cart around island.

I have stayed in Cancun 7 times and this was the least friendly staff I've ever experienced by far. Besides Alex the host in the front, he is the only one who gave me the experience I am used to. I did not care for the rooms. The buffet was surprisingly good, although the restaurants were poor. The pool and beach area were nice. If you like to party and don't want to leave the resort, they had a nice party area for Pink Party, Jungle Party, White Party, etc.
