It was awful. From the first day I got there the shower was taking a long time to drain we had to wait at least an hour if not longer for the next person to shower. The 2nd day the same issue but worse, they sent somebody to unclogged the shower still didn’t work. Almost missed one of our excursions due to this issue. They refused to give us a different room saying they was all booked up. Wouldn’t recommend

Pros: Great facilities, pools, beach, and guest rooms. Cons: Food and coffee at restaurants was often just barely warm, especially at buffet. Guest room doors would slam easy and resonate through entire Atrium. No main gathering place in the evening.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place lacks sanitation, hospitality, edible food, manners, and much more. It was quite disappointing given how much my friends and I paid and this place converted our vacation into a very stressful and unenjoyable time. Save your money and time and book else where. Will never be back and 100% do not recommend.

There were very limited dining options with even more limited hours. What was available was the same every meal for every day and was terrible in taste. The food in the restaurants was the same as the dining hall but less fresh tasting. The elevator wasn’t working. You have to pay to rent the cabana on the beach. The slides area is much smaller than they seem online. The staff was mostly nice and that’s about the best thing this hotel has to offer.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, such a scam! The advertised pictures look nothing like the hotel. Food was uneditable, customer service was terrible. The staff was extremely rude especially the barista at the coffee counter, the lady literally argued with me because I asked her for an extra shot of espresso. I would not recommend, o came for vacation but ended up stressed out instead.
