It was awful. From the first day I got there the shower was taking a long time to drain we had to wait at least an hour if not longer for the next person to shower. The 2nd day the same issue but worse, they sent somebody to unclogged the shower still didn’t work. Almost missed one of our excursions due to this issue. They refused to give us a different room saying they was all booked up. Wouldn’t recommend

This resort needs updates. The food is not that Great and the"Hot tub" was a warm tub and the pool was cold. Half of the activities that they advertised were closed. This was not a good value at all. Luckily my boys had never been to an all inclusive. Ive been to 5 different brands (3 in Mexico) and this was the worst we've been to and definitely not the cheapest.

The hotel was advertised as a clean, family-friendly, all-inclusive resort. In reality, the property was dirty, poorly maintained, and lacked basic services. Multiple amenities in our room did not function properly, and we were forced to change rooms due to an active leak. This was extremely disruptive as we were traveling with my husband and our three young children (ages 4 years, 3 years, and 4 months). Importantly, I booked this trip alongside four other groups, totaling four separate rooms, and two of those rooms experienced flooding during our stay. This clearly indicates a widespread maintenance failure rather than an isolated incident. Front desk management acknowledged the inconvenience and explicitly promised compensation in the form of a spa day and a cabana. When we attempted to redeem this, hotel staff denied any record of the offer and refused to honor it, providing no resolution or accountability. Even more concerning were the serious safety hazards throughout the property, particularly in the pool area. The boats and water slides are visibly rusted and deteriorated, posing a clear risk of injury—especially to children. This is entirely unacceptable for a resort marketed as family-friendly. Additionally, service throughout the hotel was nearly nonexistent. For a property advertised as all-inclusive, very little was actually included, and basic assistance was consistently unavailable. The hotel was not accommodating to families in any meaningful way.

It was a good stay at Saadust Cancun. Few things could be handled better such as, there was no water during one day from 11pm - 6am. We needed to go on a trip during that particular day and we had to go without taking shower. If this could have been communicated to us earlier we could have made different arrangements. secondly, the vegetarian options are very less. It could have been better if the ressort puts more vegetarian options during the lunch and dinner hours. Maybe some Indian food can really boost the attraction of visitors. Other than that everything was good and easily assessable. Enjoy your stay.... Thank you.

Staff: was phenomenal! Fernando from the morning buffet area was great & we purposely followed his daily rotation. Hotel: Its OLD, we stayed in room 944 which was big, front & center ocean view. I seriously would have loved a coffee/tea machine in the room. It’s life’s simple morning pleasures waking up to a beautiful view and sipping coffee/tea would make a huge difference. The blow dryer socket had to be changed and sink had to be unclogged but they addressed it quickly. Im super meticulous with cleanliness, and the room passed my white towel walk on the floor test. The balcony Jacuzzi water came out yellow which was atrocious and I let it run for over 15 minutes, so that was a big NoNo & while at dinner a guest showed another guest a photo of their jacuzzi and it was yellow water too. The restaurants, they don’t take reservations and I witnessed nightly hungry angry families because there was a 1-2 hr wait if you didn’t eat at 6:15-6:30pm, so everyone had to eat at the buffet. If you’re a foodie, this isn’t the place!!! The canned beers in the room tasted as if they had been frozen and then thawed out. They don’t serve canned cold beers or bottled water by the pool or beach, so you’re stuck drinking crappy low quality liquor or beer on tap, or drinking water out of reusable cups unless you rent a cabana or pay for a 6-pack package. Would I stay again, NO! Did I enjoy myself - Yes, because we made the best of it. The place has potential just needs better attention!!!

Rooms and facilities were older. Fridge didn’t work. Shower was mediocre. Beach chairs were saggy and there didn’t seem to be enough of them. Food portions at dinner restaurants were fairly small. The safe in the first room was not working. One whole side of the hotel has a very partial ocean view due to another hotel property blocking it. They tried to get us to go to the timeshare presentation by offering tons of free excursions and spa services but I didn’t. They also asked me more than once during check in if I was married or single and also my age which I don’t feel is relevant or any of their business. The people working there were wonderful and so kind. They did let us change rooms which technically was a “downgrade” according to their tiers - we wanted more beds. Felt very safe even walking from the resort up and down the street. Easily took an uber to the mall and Ferris wheel. Was like 10 min.
