the staffs are very helpful and accommodating, the restaurants are great, the waterpark for the kids are great, the spa service is wonderful. the only bummer is that the zipline, golf coarse, and wall climbing were closed. I had to experience a bad diarrhea during our stay. overall, it was a great vacation to be away from home and work.

Wish there was air conditioning in all the restaurants and elevators. But it’s older and the layout is what it is. But overall good value for the price.

Check in was a complete disaster. SO SLOW! Overall food seemed like it was the same every morning at the buffet. The restaurants varied. The Mexican place by the slides was fantastic. The Japanese place was decent. The steakhouse was nothing to brag about. The French one, we were not allowed inside because we have children YET, there is no childcare for families to experience it. Makes ZERO sense. The night buffet was horrible, food was still frozen in the cold seafood area and just plan cold in other areas. We actually did not see any kind of kids club. My children played a bit in the play area but it is not well cleaned. My son caught Hand, Foot, and Mouth from the resort. I'm assuming it was from the kid play area but maybe it was elsewhere on the resort. It is in the middle of no where! You are pretty much stuck on the resort unless you want to pay ALOT to taxi to downtown and back. My 9 year old did enjoy the slides. The ocean is not save for any kind of swimmer, red flag the whole time we were there.

We take the opportunity to tell you that we have a baby club and kids club near the water slides area, where you can find trained babysitters who take care of children at the appropriate times. Our hygiene and cleaning protocols are constant, however we will work on strengthening them even more. The French restaurant for adults only has been changed, currently there is "Florence" a family Italian restaurant where children can enter. Thank you for choosing us and for your constructive criticism, we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future and to have the opportunity to exceed expectations.

I was so nervous from previous reviews that I had read, but we went ahead and kept our reservation. The front lobby of the hotel and all common areas are beautiful. Very welcoming. Each person in the room gets a wristband that you wear for the entire trip. Super simple as you dont have to keep track of room keys. Also allows staff to know if you should be on the property or not. Check in review.....simple and easy. They do have you sit with someone that they say "will explain the hotel and ammenities to you". This is their "timeshare" pitch. Just politely say no and then that was the last that we heard from them about it. Room review....looks just like the photos except it is a little more outdated. Doesn't mean it wasn't clean, because it was. Beds were comfy and we had them change sheets and towels every other day. Left the a small tip each time we requested service. Everything in the fridge is free for the first time. If they refill and you use it, they do charge. So keep that in mind. Food review.....Big Ben had the best food. Florencia and Samurai were good. Lighthouse was ok but buffet was gross. My husband eats everything and even he was ready to come home to good food. Things are just "odd". Definately not what we expected. We expected some good authentic mexican food. Very disapppinting. Overall, resort was good. However, other than convenience, the all inclusive part is not something we will ever do again. Not sure if its just at this report, or all resorts

It was extremely welcoming, clean, and fun. Everyone was willing to help! We had a great trip. The food is what I expected at a all inclusive resort. They are very allergy friendly.

Good place, huge building, lot of kids, bad point here is, beach area is narrow and rocks, only 5ft area you can go dipper in to the water, good service, good food in buffet at lunch time. I will recommend for people with kids. I would give 0 star if i can, to front desc worker name of Fernanda, i was in line before i got at front desc for check out, when was my turn this person called other people from different line, really? and took another time for waiting. I paid for late check out day before $50 until 3pm, if you want at 6pm then $100
