Resort was nice with great three level pool and beautiful blue water at beach. Large rooms which all had balconies. Staff was great. Shows were good. Most restaurants only open for dinner. Food was good in 2 restaurants but all other restaurants were sub par and buffet which was only option for breakfast and one of only 2 options at lunch was horrible. All in all though this was a nice place to stay.

Hotel needs improvement in their food. Food was terrible. Matilde from the lobby bar it’s the best bartender. He has a great personality made is very good drinks. There was a guy at the snack restaurant by the pool. He was very rude. We went out to eat almost every day. All the food at the restaurants were not good at all. Won’t ever stay here again.😡

This was a great place to stay for individual, couple or a family. Travelocity and Hotels.com state that this resort includes travel between airport, it does not. We had to find our own way to the resort and back. When we checked in with the front desk at Seadust, they confirmed they do not provide travel to and from airport.

Unfortunately, the experience lacked even the most basic level of hospitality from start to finish and fell far below the standards expected for the price and reputation of your property. To begin with, there were no towels available at the pool. After waiting over 20 minutes, we were told that in Mexico, “20 minutes can mean two hours.” Even after this extended wait, no towels were ever provided. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a family resort. Additionally, the front desk never answered the phone despite multiple attempts, making it impossible to get assistance when issues arose. Our room was uncomfortably cold, and requests for extra blankets were denied. We were forced to use towels and existing blankets just to stay warm. Multiple requests for help were ignored. To make matters worse, the balcony door lock in our room was broken, creating a serious safety concern that was never addressed. Overall, the staff appeared unprofessional and uninterested in resolving guest concerns. For the cost of the stay and the expectations associated with your brand, this experience was far below standard. I would not recommend this resort to others and have no intention of returning. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues to prevent future guests from having a similar experience. I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be handled. I wouldn’t even rate this place a zero star very dissatisfied and disappointed

Not the best experience - the kids amenities (and most amenities) are lacklustre and are an afterthought. Broken tennis nets, basketball hoops are common. The building is loud - don’t expect to get much sleep, whether it’s crying kids or live bands playing until 11pm. The food is dismal - it’s cheap and the same over and over again. Don’t try and save a few bucks by staying here - spend a couple of extra thousand or two and stay somewhere decent.

you get what you pay for. the resort itself is alright. the staff could definitely be nicer and more polite. food was okay depending where you went. only really good restaurant was Big Ben and the only outstanding service we got was by Alberto at said restaurant.
