Resort was nice with great three level pool and beautiful blue water at beach. Large rooms which all had balconies. Staff was great. Shows were good. Most restaurants only open for dinner. Food was good in 2 restaurants but all other restaurants were sub par and buffet which was only option for breakfast and one of only 2 options at lunch was horrible. All in all though this was a nice place to stay.

The property is huge. The amenities are not what they advertise. Restaurants are closed and have long waiting lines for dinner. The food is absolutely disgusting. Its frozen and just warmed. This resort is a scam. We were disgusted and upset.

Hotel needs improvement in their food. Food was terrible. Matilde from the lobby bar it’s the best bartender. He has a great personality made is very good drinks. There was a guy at the snack restaurant by the pool. He was very rude. We went out to eat almost every day. All the food at the restaurants were not good at all. Won’t ever stay here again.😡

This was a great place to stay for individual, couple or a family. Travelocity and Hotels.com state that this resort includes travel between airport, it does not. We had to find our own way to the resort and back. When we checked in with the front desk at Seadust, they confirmed they do not provide travel to and from airport.

It was awful. From the first day I got there the shower was taking a long time to drain we had to wait at least an hour if not longer for the next person to shower. The 2nd day the same issue but worse, they sent somebody to unclogged the shower still didn’t work. Almost missed one of our excursions due to this issue. They refused to give us a different room saying they was all booked up. Wouldn’t recommend

Don't stay here if you're not traveling with children! It is an excellent resort for families. They advertise an adult only pool area, but do not tell you it's for members of thier time share program only!

The room was great, clean, spacious , fabulous view. The food was great , lots of verity. The staff were kind , very accommodating . The beach was beautiful but the water was very rough and there were never enough beach chairs! This was very frustrating. This is my only complaint - People would claim chairs and not show up for hours not very thoughtful and the staff would not do anything about this.

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were several disappointments. Check-in was quick, but we were given no resort information—no map, restaurant list, or hours. Because of this, we didn’t find the Mexican restaurant until day three (not a big loss, as the food was lacking). Restaurant wait times were over an hour unless you arrived right at 6, and the buffet was the best food option. Room service was mentioned but no menu or pricing was ever provided. We booked for the adults-only pool and swim-up bar, only to be pushed into a 2.5-hour Infinity Travel presentation before learning it would cost $20,000 over four years. Research this carefully beforehand. One elevator was always out of service, and while the rooms were immaculate, the soundproofing was terrible. The beach itself was nice, but the resort is narrow and packed with Bali beds, so sun-soaking spots are taken very early and it feels like a daily competition to get one. Front desk staff lacked information, but the bar staff were great, A special shoutout to David at the lower pool bar, who was truly the highlight of our trip and made a big difference in our experience. Overall, we would not book here again.

Our stay at the seadust was not awful, however we felt like many of the attractions were not functional or missing. I’m not sure when these things went missing but after arriving we found -One Elevator broken our entire stay -Pirate ship broken the first day - Adults cannot go on it -All slides lead to ice cold water, only warm water is in a little stream and it’s packed. Nobody was on the slides or in the cold pools -Swim up bar no longer exists -No crepery -No gelato -No zip line The beach ramp and ac were broken but I imagine that won’t be the case for anyone booking in the future. Food was 5/10. The exception was the samurai which was very good. Staff were either 10/10 or 4/10 depending on which one you saw. Many many great staff, but a few who were not very nice to deal with.
