We appreciate your message and the information you share, we assure you that this type of attitude does not characterize our service, in order to review and follow up as appropriate, we have scaled up your report for internal review. We take the opportunity to tell you that we have a baby club and kids club near the water slides area, where you can find trained babysitters who take care of children at the appropriate times. Our hygiene and cleaning protocols are constant, however we will work on strengthening them even more. The French restaurant for adults only has been changed, currently there is "Florence" a family Italian restaurant where children can enter. Thank you for choosing us and for your constructive criticism, we hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future and to have the opportunity to exceed expectations.
