It was awful. From the first day I got there the shower was taking a long time to drain we had to wait at least an hour if not longer for the next person to shower. The 2nd day the same issue but worse, they sent somebody to unclogged the shower still didn’t work. Almost missed one of our excursions due to this issue. They refused to give us a different room saying they was all booked up. Wouldn’t recommend

Room: dirty sheet, there were couple red spots so gross. Staff were ok. Room has so many issues, no remote control, fridge was broken. Pool area was so noisy. Food was terrible. Do not recommend it.

Overall the trip at this resort with my wife, daughter, son-in-law and their three young children was good but one incident left us vowing not to ever return. My 3 year old grandson became ill in the middle of the night and committed on his bed sheets. They were charged $100 with no amount of explaining to the staff what had happened. My family owns hotels and I understand and support making drunks pay for sheets they wreck, but to charge a young family $100 for sheets I’m sure they get on mass for $20 is wrong. Good resort, but won’t be back. My advise if going with young ones; don’t tip the maid service, save your money in case your child gets ill and God forbid vomit on their “$100 sheets”

The hotel really needs to be updated. There were a bunch of cracks/holes on the floor and the beds were firm. We also had mold in some spots in the washroom. The food wasn’t my favourite. My husband and I only went as the price was really cheap for a 9 day trip. I gave it a 3 star as the staff were great.

The toilet was clogged on arrival. There was not enough seats in the pool area and the beach to accommodate all the guest. Very under staffed at the restaurants, wait times to receive food was very long and the food wasn't the best.They only had one or two menus in some restaurants that we had to share with a group of seven.
