Resort was nice with great three level pool and beautiful blue water at beach. Large rooms which all had balconies. Staff was great. Shows were good. Most restaurants only open for dinner. Food was good in 2 restaurants but all other restaurants were sub par and buffet which was only option for breakfast and one of only 2 options at lunch was horrible. All in all though this was a nice place to stay.

The property is huge. The amenities are not what they advertise. Restaurants are closed and have long waiting lines for dinner. The food is absolutely disgusting. Its frozen and just warmed. This resort is a scam. We were disgusted and upset.

Hotel needs improvement in their food. Food was terrible. Matilde from the lobby bar it’s the best bartender. He has a great personality made is very good drinks. There was a guy at the snack restaurant by the pool. He was very rude. We went out to eat almost every day. All the food at the restaurants were not good at all. Won’t ever stay here again.😡

This was a great place to stay for individual, couple or a family. Travelocity and Hotels.com state that this resort includes travel between airport, it does not. We had to find our own way to the resort and back. When we checked in with the front desk at Seadust, they confirmed they do not provide travel to and from airport.

The staff support was lacking and very racist towards us. The room needs upgrades, needs more activity especially for adults. The restaurant and bar close at (10:30pm) way too early. Our overall experience was horrible would not recommend this hotel.

Seadust is truly all-inclusive and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had! 🌴🍹 From the moment you walk in, the vibe is amazing, the drinks keep flowing, and the service is top tier. A HUGE shoutout to the best bartenders: Ceser, Magaly, and David 🔥👏 They are seriously the reason the experience feels so special. They’re fast, friendly, and make every drink perfect — plus they keep the energy fun and welcoming the whole time. You can tell they really care about the guests and take pride in what they do. The food was great, the drinks were always on point, and the staff made everything smooth and stress-free. If you’re looking for an all-inclusive spot with great vibes and even better service, Seadust is the place. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stood in this hotel for 5 nights jan31-feb5. The only good thing was that the food was not horrible. I booked an excursion for feb4 with the people in the lobby. I was told that the bus will be picking us up at 7:00am, me knowing that my son has autism and his eating isvery very minimal i decided to go to the buffet at 6:50am and ask the chef ( who didnt even have the decency to speak to me directly) if i can have 2 pieces BREAD and 1 BANANA because i wanted my son to eat incase in the hour ride we wont find anything for him. JESUS the BUFFET CHEF said NO because then he would have to open for everyone else. I felt helpless, i felt discriminated, i felt so bad for my son. The lady who worked beside him went against his order and brought me 2 pieces of bread for my son. This has by far been the WORST experience of my entire life. They’re way better hotels and more compassionate environment . Dont book through expedia they will discriminate you. After complaining all i heard was “ well you guys booked through expedia” i realized that was why i was being treated unfairly and we had the worst rooms in the hotel. Horrible. Save ur money.
This was the chef. He didnt even want to face me and speak to me for no reason at all.
My son survived this trip of bread, milk, banana and yogurt.

Toilet kept clogging. Loud people all through the night. Timeshare salesman became confrontational when we declined purchase. Disco music starts pounding at the pool at 08:30 through 22:00 regardless of occupancy. No food service at the pool. Pool "eatery" was hotdogs, burgers and fries only for the entire week. Self served. Restraunts were an hour and a half wait unless arrived at 18:00 when they opened. One restaurant is only for "Members" which we had no option unless purchased $36,000 timeshare. Adult pool and restaurant on 2nd floor had same "Member restrictions" that we were unaware when booking. Wait staff was nice if tipping. Food in restaurants were good when available. Drinks at all the bars were good. No upper shelf liquor unless "member" which again, unaware at booking.

The hotel and rooms could use some clean up and updating. The restaurants (Samauri, Manhattan & the steakhouse) all served great food! The Italian restaurant was ok at best… most of the food came out cold and even one meal was still partially frozen. Go early to get towels and chairs by the beach. The beach is really nice but very busy due to a public beach nearby. The staff was friendly but very misinformed. When asked about times for things (e.g. shows, restaurant openings, etc.), we were given 3 different answers each time by 3 different people. We were willing to be flexible and look past it all because it was wonderful to be on vacation together as a family. However, the hardest point to look past was during check in, the woman checking us in told us that on our last day we were to cut off the bracelets and leave them in our room. All 5 of us heard and remembered this. Upon checkout (and with our transfer to the airport currently waiting), we were told we couldn’t check out without the bracelets in hand. I mentioned that we needed to get on our transfer and asked if they could send someone up to get them from the room. I was firmly told “no” that I needed to go get them myself in order to finish the check out process. She also claimed that we were never told to leave our bracelets in the room. Due to the slow elevators, I proceeded to run up and down 8 flights of stairs. One little act of customer service could have gone so far. She ruined it for us.
