Resort was nice with great three level pool and beautiful blue water at beach. Large rooms which all had balconies. Staff was great. Shows were good. Most restaurants only open for dinner. Food was good in 2 restaurants but all other restaurants were sub par and buffet which was only option for breakfast and one of only 2 options at lunch was horrible. All in all though this was a nice place to stay.

The property is huge. The amenities are not what they advertise. Restaurants are closed and have long waiting lines for dinner. The food is absolutely disgusting. Its frozen and just warmed. This resort is a scam. We were disgusted and upset.

Hotel needs improvement in their food. Food was terrible. Matilde from the lobby bar it’s the best bartender. He has a great personality made is very good drinks. There was a guy at the snack restaurant by the pool. He was very rude. We went out to eat almost every day. All the food at the restaurants were not good at all. Won’t ever stay here again.😡

This was a great place to stay for individual, couple or a family. Travelocity and Hotels.com state that this resort includes travel between airport, it does not. We had to find our own way to the resort and back. When we checked in with the front desk at Seadust, they confirmed they do not provide travel to and from airport.

It was awful. From the first day I got there the shower was taking a long time to drain we had to wait at least an hour if not longer for the next person to shower. The 2nd day the same issue but worse, they sent somebody to unclogged the shower still didn’t work. Almost missed one of our excursions due to this issue. They refused to give us a different room saying they was all booked up. Wouldn’t recommend

Shout out to the staff—they work hard and are friendly. Unfortunately, wait times of up to 2 hours make dining frustrating, especially with kids. Food is average at best. Food Gallery is very crowded and messy. Big Ben was dirty and noisy, with long waits even after seating. Samurai felt overrated, though the staff was nice. On Thursdays, the Food Gallery is closed for dinner—the only buffet option—forcing hundreds of guests to wait hours for tables at other restaurants. Room service is available but costs extra.Rooms need renovation—noise travels easily from the lobby, and doors are not soundproof. The hotel has potential, but management needs to improve staffing and dining options.

First thing, ride from airport to hotel by Happy Shuttle. Amazing. After that expect the worst. Upon arrival the staff puts a different bracelet on you depending on how you booked the trip. If you are not an Infinity Club memeber which is a timeshare owner you are limited to what you can do and where you can eat at resort. Didnt know that when booking. Zipline and putt put are not operational. Only place to eat breakfast and lunch is buffet(school caferteria food) or lunch outsode by pool. Hamburger or hot dog. The other 3 restaurants your allowed to use dont open until 530/6. They dont do reservations. So if your not there at openeing to put name down you dont get in. The steakhouse was the worse place ive ever eaten. The server is apologized for such poor quality food. Room service is only about 5 items and there is a 10 dollar charge no matter what you get. Alcohol was very basic. Vodka or Rum. We ended up ubering to Walmart bought food and drinks. The pool are has about 50/60 chairs. People go down and lay towels on them early. Go on excursions and come back 6/7 hours later. First day. Get to room. No air at all. Call service for 2 days finally they move us to a room with air. Sockets are coming off wall. We call service and they caulk them down. Drains overfill in shower. First day men will come up to you which we assumed worked as staff. Before you know it they are pressuring time share. The beach is very small. About 20 chairs. We got 1 for 1 days we were there their
