Staff is annoying they will try and sell you even the air you breath food wasn’t great no flavor rooms are outdated old cleanliness is ok I would not be staying there again don’t fall for anything they tell you is free or discounted it’s a way of tricking you into buying time share which will require a presentation over all ok but I’ve stayed at better hotels for cheaper

I’ve stayed before and had a better experience but this time I was put on the first floor. There was construction so we weren’t able to use the elevator to access the lobby. The room was very outdated, water was cold shower drain clogged, pool full of kids even at the swim up bar. Not the vibe we were hopeful for

To be quite honest, the staff Toro especially the front desk was horrible There was one individual at Toro, who actually ruined it for us. It was 24 of us there for her birthday and he made it impossible and more difficult than he had to.. the Gym guy Hernan, was really nice and Eduardo from Isla was also very nice. But the concierge staff was extremely lazy and not helpful as well as the people at Toro would not accommodate and actually made things very difficult for our party..

All inclusive is definitely the way to go. Yes, we got off the resort a couple of times, but this made it so convenient to make sure we had food and drinks at all times. Every resort employee made us feel welcomed.

Loved everything except the portion where they offer discounts to sit a speak to someone to offer a vacation club. NO MEANS NO not well how about this or can you afford that NOOOOO. Extremely pushy and didn’t make the hotel look good at all
