The property and beach are beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and had good WiFi. All of the restaurants were great, though the dinner options at the buffet could be upgraded. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Look for Lorenzo for your waiter at the restaurants. He knows how to make you feel special !

The beach could have used some trees or some form of shade. It was too hot to lay out on the beach, unless of course you were in the water. There was definitely a seaweed issue. Although there was no swim up pool, the staff made up for it by walking along the pools and providing drinks

I loved this hotel. The staff is especially friendly and attentive to every need. Especially Abril she was so kind and friendly ! It was like having a friend at the hotel. The facilities are beautiful . I enjoyed my spa package and the food options where nice too. It was exactly what I needed to get away for a quiet and fun weekend.

Dirty, lack of cleanliness, pool was dirty, dinning options were limited, AC wasn’t working properly, rooms were like hostel rooms.
Seating at restaurant was right in front of waste food area where proper garbage disposal and plate collection, they offered same spot next day but we refused, firstly they said that’s the only one spot left whereas half restaurant was empty
