The property is gorgeous. The staff work continously to maintain the cleanliness of the property. The housekeeping staff do a wonderful job keeping the rooms cleaned and refreshed daily. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The staff was very friendly and was always available if we had any questions. The property was clean and there were several dinning options that gave us some variety. Room service was fast and fresh. The staff was always cleaning and trying to maintain the property and all concerns were addressed. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a laid back experience.

El Hotel me Gusto porque todo estaba cerca. Solo tienen mucho que ponerlo mas moderno. No me gusto que las actividades de anoche empezaba muy temprano, ya que los horarios de los restaurant no habia muchas opciones para cenar. Los Drinks esta Ok!! En algunos los hacian muy Rico. El restaurant para el desayuno abrian a las 8am creo que es un poquito tarde. Igual la pasamos muy bomito nuestra estadia. La Pizza muy Rica y el servico en la Piscina muy buena.

The property and beach are beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and had good WiFi. All of the restaurants were great, though the dinner options at the buffet could be upgraded. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Look for Lorenzo for your waiter at the restaurants. He knows how to make you feel special !

The beach could have used some trees or some form of shade. It was too hot to lay out on the beach, unless of course you were in the water. There was definitely a seaweed issue. Although there was no swim up pool, the staff made up for it by walking along the pools and providing drinks

It wasn’t bad but i expected a little more from a 5 star hotel. The food was okay. The staff were very friendly and nice. The room was huge. It’s a nice hotel.
