The service in general was very good all the employees make are stay very good, this poor people are overworked and you can see how tired and unhappy they are but still make guess feel good and happy , the resort and rooms are to old the lobby looks like 80’s style no AC or even fans the worse, the bar areas over pack almost 40 mi. Wait to have one drink only one person per bar , they treat you depending on the color of your bracelet ( thank god we have the black bracelet ) the food was good again the bed more employees not enough workers. A lots of seaweed you can get in at all

Everything was as it was presented in our package. The staff treat you like a VIP and we’re friendly and helpful! The door was amazing and easy access. Thanks for making our first trip to Cancun amazing.

Some of the worst buffet food, poor selection (way set 3 trays with cooked onions, long lines to enter and to get any Steak in the afternoon or omelette in the morning Hard to get food in the middle of the day and the better restaurants closed down early ,

The location as amazing and staff really polite and friendly. The pool area and beach front was beautiful and relaxing, could not ask for a better scene. I book a master suite through travelocity, but the room given was a junior suite. When asking the switch to the proper room at check in the hotel said that they were basically the same, floor layout is actually different, and would not give me the master suite. My reason for picking this hotel over a few others that I liked was the jacuzzi tub and very disappointing that this was not a hot water jacuzzi. I had plans to relax in the evenings and watch the sunset, but way too cold to get in. Also there was a leak in the ceiling outside of our door since we arrived. The fix the hotel used was to put a towel on the ground. The second morning my wife slipped and almost fell opening our door b/c water came under the door and filled the hallway. Over all beautiful scenery, but disappointing that I paid for this hotel and not another.

I have been to the Grand oasis 5 times and every time they change restaurants Reservations and no reservations. At the steakhouse it’s a seating list. Now they have menus. Then the activists at the resort are not announced to the guest Like the fiesta dinner at the pool We found it by accident. And had to ask if we need tickets or reservations. They should give a list of activities when you check in for the week. NOT HAPPY WITH THAT.
