From the moment we arrived it was clean and luxury. Even their daily cleans of the room were comprehensive. Special shoutout to the free activities at the beach (paddle boarding, kayaking, hobie cat, and others) the staff there were so helpful on knowledge surrounding the area. The lagoon all the way to the last pool were wonderful and provided a variety of calm to liveliness. The Cenotes were noticeably heated. I chose this resort specifically to have an all inclusive with good food and it was great. I could rave on and on about every detail, there was not one thing I would change.

This is by far the most amazing place to stay. Everyone is so amazingly kind and welcoming and it’s refreshing to be in such a beautiful place with amazing rooms, great pools, and some of the best beachfront views and sand I’ve ever walked on. Hands down would recommend to anyone because nothing compares to the amazing rooftop pool, amazing food and great drinks and even the amazing nightclub and theater! 10/10 very pleasant time!

I have been to so many resorts in Mexico and this facility, the staff and the ambience were the best we have experienced, no question. We will be back. I loved the food and that the options and times for food were so plentiful. Janeth, our concierge, was incredibly helpful and so kind. Eddie, our housekeeper, kept our room so beautiful and was so sweet. Benito, our server, was so funny and helpful- and super fast! Rosario and Carmen are both so sweet and made me feel welcome and like I was their friend getting coffee.

La comida para lo que es el hotel no hace congruencia. Está muy mala.. el único restaurante rico es el francés. El restaurante de la comida italiana es un insulto a la cocina italiana. Me dieron un spaghetti horrible, caldoso, nada de consistencia, frío y hasta agruras nos dieron. Muy mala calidad la comida. De lo demás esta excelente. Solo algunas personas del staff poco amigables. La verdad no volvería. Hay otros hoteles más económicos y mucho mejor calidad
