Everything about this resort is just beautiful. The check in process was a breeze, the staff is so friendly and helpful and professional. All the food was great. Especially Ember restaurant. We had an especially large group and all the staff were so accommodating and the food was truly amazing. The manager Jose Luis came over to our table to make sure everything was to our liking. We were all so pleased . Can’t wait to come back .

I am literally bullying my fiancé into coming back as soon as possible. This is hands-down, the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You’re right downtown so catch a cab and visit downtown Playa Del Carmen. Everyone who goes to this hotel is young and fit and hot. I was very pleasantly surprised.
