Beautiful property and grounds. Room was beautiful except it was the worst view we ever had in any hotel stay anywhere. After check-in,instead of being shown to our room, we were swept away for a about an hour by someone, Ivan?, who "explained" our $200 resort coupon usage which basically meant spending lots more money on spa treatments or wines or romantic dinners in order t apply them-so we dumped them. Also tried to upsell the Impressions area. Beach was disappointing. I had asked ahead for a Birthday greeting in our room for my hubby but there was nothing. Most disappointing esp as we saw banners on other room doors.Meals were good but long wait times for seating.We shall NEVER return and I do NOT recommendthis.

There is not one thing that I would say negative about my stay! This is an amazing resort and it is totally worth paying a little extra to have a wonderful and private swim up. Spent 5 days here and absolutely loved it. Food was 10/10. The property is absolutely stunning and so well kept and clean. My only complaint was I booked on the preferred club for an ocean view king and as the ocean view was exceptional, they had construction on our side and the grounds were very unattractive to look at. That did not ruin our time at all just was a little disappointing. I’ve stayed at a few nicer resorts and this one takes the cake for me. Xcaret arte last year and I actually preferred moxche. It’s the perfect size for easy walk ability to everything but plenty of pools and areas to go if you want privacy. Can’t wait to come back.

This resort is an excellent all-incl. Beautiful grounds with lush tropical foliage everywhere. Nice beach, not big not small. Everything was solidly good - food options, beach experience, pool choices, bars, entertainment, grounds, activities - everything. Some imperfections, of course, dinner waits can be long. Get your name on the list an hour before you want to eat, problem solved. Live music every day and night for us was awesome. We’ve been to all-incl’s in the Riviera Maya over 30 times. Don’t overpay (max $400/night per person) and it’ll be hard to find a better resort than Secrets Moxche.

My husband and I had a great experience at this location. We did the preferred club and the observatory was amazing for the preferred club members. Recommendations for dinner is to get there 10-15 minutes before they open as there is a long wait we learned that the first time. Food was excellent compared to the reviews I have seen and great variety. Daniel at the French restaurant was amazing and Omar and Hugo at the preferred club were excellent and super accommodating.

Overall, this is by far the best place we've ever stayed. The resort has everything you need including a pharmacy, sports bar, and a small night club. There are 7 pools, some of which are small and have a private feel and lots of really tasty restaurants. We had an ocean front room which is a little misleading. You're not on the ocean with access to the beach. You have a room with a view of the pools and ocean. Don't get me wrong, it was beautiful and I absolutely would book this room again. It just isn't really oceanfront. It's also easy enough to grab a taxi if you want to explore the local area. We only left the resort once to go on an excursion to the Mayan ruins, snorkel with the turtles and stingrays, and swim in a real cenote. **Pros** - Numerous restaurants - Lot's of entertainment - Highly attentive staff - Safe area - There are also private vendors on the beach where you can rent jet skis, parasail, or get a massage. **Cons** - Snorkeling wasn't available despite it being advertised. - Anytime we went to the VIP area, staff would try to get you to attend a timeshare presentation for Secrets Impression. In 5 days we stayed at the resort, we were approached 4 times.

Property is massive, beautiful, and brand new. Can be difficult to walk around sometimes, but its one of the most gorgeous places ive been to. Room service is 10/10, service is close, but they need to do a better job maintaining the facility it is brand new and they’re not trying hard enough to keep it nice.
