The servers at the festival Buffett were horrible! We had to wait 20 min to get drinks while we saw that they were not occupied. We also saw in multiple occasions that the glasses from the pool were picked up from trash cans and were probably reused. Horrible!!!!

We had a great family trip, with a lot of activities for the kids and great shows at night! Water parks park and the beach really nice!! The only point to improve is the level of service when the hotel is a full capacity, from Thursday to Saturday….

Property was beautiful. Our room was out dated and the A/C was not great. No ice in our building so had to call for it or walk to the bar. Very large property. Bring good walking shoes. Beaches were beautiful. Food was ok. Main buffet was the best besides the Mexican restaurants. They were very good. Shows were a little out dated.

The resort is Beautiful. The staff were all very welcoming , especially at the buffet. Very frustrating at how hard it was to get bath towels, washcloths and hand towels. They never gave washcloths when they cleaned the room, and had to sit on hold for over 25 minutes to request them.

Resort is huge, very limited transportation every 15-20 minutes, it should be every 5 minutes for the amount of people. My room specifically was dark, not enough outlets and bit dirty. The AC stopped working 2 twice and the shower got clogged. Never received our complimentary gift, it was promised twice and never made it to the room. For such a huge resort, it should have enough signs as to where the restaurants are located and pools as well. The restaurants were completed booked even with 2 days in advance. Stuck with just 2 buffets for the entire week. Not the best experience, I wouldnt go back

I booked 4 rooms in the select club area, arrived and got down graded to family area and the staff was being rude when we were upset about our change. One of the rooms ac was not cooling called multiple times to get it looked at, no one ever came to chech the ac nor they moved us to a different room with a cooling ac. I had asked for all our rooms to be together and we were are scatter in different areas. On our last day 3 of our bracelets were deactivated and we didnt have access to our room, we had to walk back to the lobby to get them reactivated.
