I stay in this hotel in 2019 with my mom Amazing Hotel - Great and fresh food!!! Definitely recommend here to stay!! It’s a relaxing place for adults - staff are so friendly - the daily bus going to Playa the Carmen is good!!!

I really liked the rooftop area designated for topless and nude sunbathing which included two hot tubs. The water in the hot tubs was not very warm and never exceeded 87 degrees F although the heater setting was programmed for 104 degrees F. I also liked the expansive size of the guestroom...nearly 900 square feet and high quality of finishes. The large shower is amazing and while the jacuzzi tub was a bonus, the hand-held shower component was not functioning due to a missing control valve. Bedding was comfortable as well. The variety of food at the restaurant was good and very well presented...compliments to the chef! Housekeeping was a bit of a challenge resulting from not having adequate towels supplied in our room and some days, none at all, so we were frequently having to ask the front desk for bathroom towels as well as pool towels. The mini-fridge was adequately stocked, but on occasion, we had to ask for more "Coke Light" beverages since we were not beer drinkers. The "all-inclusive" rate for this hotel was very reasonable and the overall value and quality for this property met my expectations. This was the second time in the last two years we stayed at this property and coincidentally had the same exact room number as our first visit. I look forward to another visit in the years to come! Thank you to all of the staff for making my stay a pleasant one!

We've been to the Riviera Maya area many times, and did a lot of research before staying here this time, as we wanted to try something different, away from the scene in Cancun and PDC. So we had some expectations about what our experience would be -- having read many reviews about this place. And we can honestly say that in every way, the hotel and the staff exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to go back! The room was clean, the view was awesome, the food was excellent, and the staff was really outstanding. From start to finish, they really made us feel welcome, met every request with a smile, and created a fantastic experience for us. This a competent, professional and friendly hotel staff that does it right. Muchas gracias to all of you. We found the hotel environment perfect for us -- a couple looking for a quiet, private getaway for several days of relaxation at the beach. No clubs at this hotel. The restaurants were small but not crowded, the bars adequately stocked. Food was delicious, and the menu sufficiently varied for serveral days stay. Service was excellent. Guests seem to keep mostly to themselves. No children. Pretty quiet after about 9 pm. Beach access was much better than we anticipated, and we walked north and south easily, though there is a bit of navigation around the sea wall required. The beach was clean, seaweed wasn't an issue. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to family and good friends.

Defintely a place for lovers. Loved the food and drinks. Shower was in the middle of the room with the jacuzzi. No place to be shy. Did not like the fact that there was only a frosted glass door for the toilet. No hot water or jets on the balcony jacuzzi. Staff friendliness was awesome. Breakfast options were ok but the snacks and dinner options were amazing.

I loved the view and customer service but I really wished there was some sort of convince store in the facility or nearby. Everything was about 20mins away and required a taxi to get there. Other than that, it was a great experience.

The staff was amazing. They were always friendly, accommodating and happy to help you work on your Spanish. The service was often very slow, but I do not think it was because of them - they work very hard. The view was fantastic from any room or area in the hotel - ocean 100%. The pool was also very clean and lovely. The hotel was nice, but you can tell that it is somewhat run down. It needs to be worked on - new paint, repairs, etc. There were often no towels at the pool. Access to the beach is somewhat limited. The rooms especially were gorgeous in the pictures and accurately represented overall, but when you got into the room itself you could see how worn everything was. The floor is made of concrete, rough tiles, there are water marks and damage to walls, furniture, cabinets falling off, and many things in the room did not work (one of the lights, the overhead fan, etc.) The food was generally good - however there were often changes to an already limited menu. The 2 restaurants closed at 10, so there was NO late night dining available. The biggest issue we had was the incredible dampness in the room. The linens on the bed felt moist at all times, our clothing became damp to the touch and even papers left on the table areas became damp. There was constantly an odor of mold and wetness in the room, despite the air conditioning. Our suits that we dried in the sun on the balcony became moist again after bringing them inside. The pillows were also extremely small.

The hotel is great, the room was amazing, our stay is was a dream. Very relaxing. The have to improve the food a bit. But besides that the staff give amazing service. The drinks a bug thank you to the bartender Nilo “he is the best” also at the check in “adrian” was very nice.
