The hotel is great, and the staff are wonderful; however, I do feel that the rooms are in need of an update. The food and drinks are good, and the hotel is always very lively. We really enjoyed our visit. The beach is a short walk from the hotel, and there is a beach-side restaurant so you can stay all day. The staff were all very helpful. My family also enjoyed the animals which were wandering around (Coati and Agouti), it was an unexpected bonus for us.

The property overall was very good. The staff was friendly and I liked that you could go to other RIU hotels in the area and eat and drink and it was still all inclusive. The food was pretty good, most restaurants are buffet style. The rooms were a little dated but I liked daily room service. Nice place I would definitely go back again!

We had a great time. It's definitely for families and it was my parents' first time in Mexico but they really enjoyed themselves and the resort.
