The food was horrible. Not once did we like the food. We visited 2 years ago and loved it, and this time it was horrible. Service was good, the bartenders were amazing and fun. No music so bring a speaker. Sunscreen is 35$. A couple vomited in the pool and they closed the pool down, they should of cut them off at 10 am. Beach is good but crowded and first come first serve on spots. Pool doesn't have enough shade area so get there early. Food is the number one for us and this was not it. Other than that it was ok.

The property was very pristine. Really nice buffet food and quiet. The pools were kept very clean and the drinks were delicious. The beach was beautiful and easily found a lounger for the day. The room was modern and comfortable. My only complaint was the the tvs was really outdated, and could use a flat screen. The pillows on the beds were really uncomfortable, and the bedding was meh. But overall the experience was great.

Don’t work here they are a bunch of scammers they make you pay for everything even that it says everything is inclusive, angry and rude employees that you have to tip to get service their food is very nasty and cheap.

Very rude Customer service they need serious customer service training when I got there. They were very rude. Also did not get the room that I booked stuff very very angry and rude and you have to tip everyone you say hi to that’s how bad it is. Food is nasty and the stuff and the workers there try to charge you Even if your reservation is all inclusive. Very very bad experience not going there anymore.

We have stayed at the Grand Riviera Princess several times and it is our favourite place to stay in Playa del Carmen. The swim up rooms are the best! And the staff in all of the restaurants are very friendly and helpful, they are great!

We really liked ALL of the employees. It would be nice if we had a little more information at check in about the resort, not just, "see the QR codes". (We are over 60). The internet was "sketchy", and we didn't realize that there was no food available from 4-6 and we had to make dinner reservations 3 days ahead. All said, it was a beautiful week.

Terrible, only my spouse and I received the VIP, the rest of our family didn't. The resort told us it was Expedia mistake for treating us different than rest of our family, however didn't do anything to fix it. Also we didnt had access to the kids water park, we had 5 kids with us. Our family of 14 had bad experience.
