Had a great time at the resort with my 4 children. Clean, well maintained and well staffed resort with a lot of different things to do for all age groups. The beach was beautiful with plenty of chairs, no seaweed or rocks. Servers at the buffet were amazing, friendly, courteous and efficient. Big shoutout to Abraham, who was our server every day at lunch and was simply the best. Great resort, we will definitely be back

We recently stayed at Hotel Riu Palace Mexico and had a great experience overall. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. The food was above average, offering a good variety of options, though some dishes stood out more than others. The hotel property itself was clean, well-maintained, and generally quiet, making it a relaxing place to unwind. Evening entertainment was enjoyable most nights, providing a nice mix of performances. While the rooms were a bit dated, the hotel quickly addressed our concern about the original room's location by offering a complimentary upgrade, which was a nice touch. This level of service truly made a difference in our overall experience. One downside was the specialty restaurants, which didn’t seem to be the best compared to other Riu properties we’ve visited. They were generally empty, which made us question the overall dining experience in those venues. The biggest disappointment was the steak restaurant, where the crab cakes were chewy, the ribs were tough and oddly prepared, and unfortunately, no one in our group enjoyed their steaks. Overall, we would recommend Hotel Riu Palace Mexico for its excellent service, cleanliness, and relaxing atmosphere, but we were underwhelmed by the specialty dining, particularly the steakhouse.

Property excellent but shuttle bus from airport was never there I had to pay $130.00 to get to the hotel I will need Reimbursement some how or will try different apps

We went end of Feb and it was such good weather the beach is so big and clean and so many spots to lay. The food was good, coffee etc lots of options. The only complaint is the doors in the hotel rooms have paint coming off and it doesn’t looks very appealing to the eyes but I can’t complain about anything else so it’s pretty minor

2nd ime at this location....nice facilities, good pool area, phenomenal beach area and a very nice staff. Food this time was pretty good but not great but overall a very good place to stay and would highly recommend.

The entertainment staff does a great job. Lots of fun games. There were kids shows and adult fun too. Lots of photo props with the entertainment staff during special events. The beach is beautiful. Restaurants were good and a wide variety for everyone.
