We had the WORST experience at this place! DO NOT let them put you in building #2 !! Anything starting with a 2… 2107 was the room we stayed in and it smelled like mold/must terrible! I never write a bad review but this was awful. My allergies were insane. Also the Coati things were on our balcony, pooping a d peeing all over! one night when I came back into the room, a Coati was IN. The room!! Getting into our snacks! We moved to building 5 after 3 nights and that was better, but they were not helpful in getting our reservations fixed or helping us extend our stay because our flights were delayed!! I will never go back to this resort!! The ONLY bright point of the whole resort was the staff upon entry. Israel, and Javier were Amazing! They helped with any situation we had. Rafael in the lobby was helpful too, but Israel and Javier were the best.

If you’re younger than 60 years old and enjoy doing activities at the resort, don’t stay at this location. You’ll have a better time at the family resort-princess sunset. This hotel felt outdated. The elevators worked half the time. A majority of the staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there with an exception of a couple people working. Every time we asked for a golf cart ride to the sister property, the bell hops acted like it was an inconvenience when they weren’t doing anything. The food was below average at the buffet and at one point we were severed raw chicken. The sit down restaurants on the property were decent. The alcoholic beverages were subpar. The piña coladas and other blends drinks tasted like fake flavors. The best drinks were two ingredient drinks like rum/coke or rum/pineapple juice. The beach on the adults only side was alright. We spent more time over at the sister resort because overall the vibe was better and more enjoyable. If you’re going to spend your money, make sure to really research the hotels. If we come back we will be going to the Princess Sunset Resort.

They charged me twice for the room -$3600.00, but nobody apologize for that, management are terrible. There are no public pools, just channels with cold water. Attention !!!!! There are no access to sea, all see floor cover with big, small and sharp rocks. Beach is small and dirty. This is even not three star hotel. never buy it, if you do not want spoil your vacation !

All staff were incredibly helpful and professional. Even when our excursion pickup location was missed, they worked to find a solution and offer help. At the restaurants, we found staff to be well trained and knowledgeable about everything. Everything felt premium.

Spa amenities are not included and i understand this. They give you a waiver for a 30 min “hydro therapy” session but its really just a sauna and a not hot jacuzzi. What i was really disappointed in was the fact that we booked a normal pedicure(which is not included), price was 1130 pesos each. Slightly expensive but why not lets do it. Fast forward three days later during check out come to find they had charged me for the “spa pedicure”. There was absolutely nothing different to a normal pedicure but somehow cost 30 dollars more per person. General amenities around the resort are sort of lack luster including most of the “sports park” amenities, restaurants and shows. We spent more time driving to tulum and seeing sights there instead of paying someone out front of the resort 3500 pesos for a “tour”. Next time… backpacking

We have been to several all Inclusives in Cancun. We never stay at the same one because we want a new experience but I already want to come back to this resort!! I really can’t think of anything negative. The only thing was just our location of our room. I wish it was near the party pool. I know now to ask for that next time.

Great food selection at the buffet. Restaurants were great! Although, we did not go to the Rodeo Grill… Our room was very spacious and clean. Staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly. The drinks were made well. Especially at the party pool. Which they do lots of fun activities there. You will not be bored. At night they have theatre performances and some special events that took place outside. You are always entertained. You can also visit the sister resorts next to us. The sunset princess was very beautiful, but huge !!! They have a sports bar inside which was nice. We only have a ‘lobby bar’ that is inside or the ‘club’ . Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend coming here. I enjoyed my stay!
