Very disappointed in our experience at this resort. Ac in room did not work, had to call twice . Ac and fan would be shut off every time we returned to our room, housekeeping in our room was just basic with frig not being restocked daily. Pool floors were very rough and ocean entrance was very rocky with very little beach area as most of it has been eroded. Sunday and Monday night entertainment was a movie and karaoke BORING…. Mayan night is only on Saturdays with an up charge. Dislike booking daily on our phones for reservation and having to look on phones for entertainment. I go on vacation to get off my phone. Wish the entertainment team was more active thoughout the resort daily. Bars had very slow service especially the lobby bar in the evening. Food was decent and resort grounds were clean.

The staff was nice and the property is really pretty. There were plenty of pools, it was quiet, and it was not very crowded. Several of the restaurants were out of different items and there was almost no night life, which was a bit disappointing. I would’ve at least liked the pools to stay open. Overall a good and relaxing experience.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this resort in March, so much so that we returned again in May! The food, service, and overall quality consistently met our expectations. During our May visit, we did encounter an unfortunate situation involving an employee, but management and our butler handled it quickly and professionally, which we appreciated. Apart from that, our stays have been thoroughly enjoyable. For the price point, we feel this resort offers an excellent balance of quality and value, making it a great choice for a getaway. We especially love the Privilege section; it elevates the experience with additional dining options and premium drink selections, something I personally enjoyed. The beach conditions can vary, but that’s nature’s influence, not the resort’s. To their credit, the staff works diligently every day to keep it as clean as possible. The coffee shop is another highlight. Samantha always provided outstanding service and quality drinks. We also appreciate the resort’s central location, which makes excursions convenient, while still feeling exclusive and relaxing. Overall, we look forward to returning and highly recommend this resort for anyone seeking great value, attentive service, and a memorable vacation.

Samantha was great. I will definitely be back and book with her. The property itself was beautiful and we will try other ocean properties around the world. The only concern that I had was that the air conditioning didn’t seem to work in the restaurants and I would like some authentic Jamaican food options at the resort.

Hi, as a couple on there first Mexico trip.. it went great.. we were stressed about the pushy sales pitch’s and all.. but we were really amazed ant how once we said “no Gracias” it was very polite and good.. the resort is great with number of activities throughout the day to participate in.. kudos to the experience team especially KEN…. They really made the experience great… special mention to couple of staff members as there excellent service really uplifted our experience and review of the property.. Ricardo from guest services… from Housekeeping always ask for MARIANA, Mayra and Laura.. these ladies are great and they setup your room nicely and neatly…. We had a great time at the property.. the only thing were we think can be worked upon is the “taste” in food.. the food options and cooking is good.. it’s just that since they cater to so many different palates I guess they can’t season the food to everyone’s liking.. else I feel like it’s a good property for some one to enjoy good resort and activities

Overall a good experience, food was just okay. I wish you could have more than one fine dining experience for the week. Some things broke in our room but the staff was amazing and there was lots to do.
