We chose this place for my 40th birthday trip! We loved the beautiful grounds and delicious restaurants. There is a lot of noise by the pool, so if you want peace and quiet, I would recommend getting a swim up suite or a room with an ocean view. Otherwise, we really enjoyed ourselves at this resort.

The property is excellent but they said is all inclusive but if you want a rib eye steak is like $65 dollar even a coconut is extra some restaurants need to improve the service and the food not too many choices of plates.

This resort was a very clean beautiful resort. However I think it’s for 50 and up adults it’s very quiet. No real entertainment on the resort. They close the bar and Dj and 11pm sharp. They have acrobat shows and live singing at night but nothing that kept our attention. They play soft Spanish music at the pool. The pool bars and swim up bar and the DJ leaves and closes at 6. Tye resort was pretty much dead the entire time. I was there 5 days. If your looking or a party resort this is NOT it. If you’re looking for relaxation and quietness then this may be the place for you. 5th avenue is there for entertainment but by purchasing an all inclusive resort I wanted more from them not spending hundreds of dollars outside the resort just to be entertained. I honestly wouldn’t visit it again. I give the food a 5 out of 10 as well

When I first checked in nobody guided me to what restaurants were available or rules of the resort, nothing, they gave me a key and you are on your own. I did not like that its not an all-inclusive, that's false advertising. Cabanas that were around the pool were available for a fee, between $109-$170, if you didn't rent a cabana there was limited seating, you had no choice but to rent a Cabana. There are only 3 restaurants available to eat and 1 restaurant for breakfast, if you wanted a nice meal you had to pay extra. The liquor was horrible, the juices were not real they were from some kind of syrup, drinks were horrible, hardly drank, if you wanted a decent drink, again, you had to pay extra. Been to many islands and different resorts and all-inclusive, means all-inclusive. I will never return to this resort and the people I was with and met there stated the same issues and they will not be returning.

We were so happy to spend our anniversary here! The resort is beautiful, clean and luxurious. The staff welcomed us from the beginning and treated us so well throughout our stay referring to us as “friends” and “family”. We felt very well taken care of. This was the best vacation I’ve ever had! Great mix of quiet and fun activities. Several dining options within the resort and AMAZING SERVICE. The staff are incredible! Can’t wait to go back.

Apparently their elevator did not work for two days out of the five days that we stayed, the same for their television viewing. They advised that their provider went down. Safely was in places no problem with that. For the 3K plus flight that we paid and for the name ( Hilton) I was not too impressed. Will not stay here again.

Staff was wonderful and food was very good. The beach was nearly nonexistent. Other guests were LOUD until late at the pools, bars, restaurants, and halls.
