We have stayed here several times. We love the location and the smaller size of the resort. Food is good for the most part. The Italian restaurant is our favorite. Their coffee bar taste like Starbucks and all the staff is very nice. We didn’t like the new $10 room service fee or the no alcohol until 11am.

Our stay was amazing. The staff is so kind and attentive. They accommodated our group of 13 at dinner and breakfast regularly. They were very strict with who was allowed on property. We always felt safe. It was also a great location and easy to walk to 5th Ave shopping.

I enjoy the activities the resort had daily. I didn’t like the food, little chicken options and food not seasoned. I also don’t like the hotel doesn’t offer transportation and you have to rent other services.

We had a great time and it was very low key! Food was excellent besides brasas my wife. And I didn’t really enjoy the food. I’m a margarita fan and the margaritas were not good at all. Besides those two things everything else was great!!

There’s no parking on the property. You have to use the street parking which you’re constantly have to be putting coins on one night. I got a ticket and it made a whole inconvenience situation for us. Also, the property is outdated. There’s no beach. The pool is small and hot the food is terrible. The buffet food is terrible. They only have three tiny restaurants and the food is bad so the highlights of the property I guess is just it’s clean beds are comfortable And the staff tried to attend your needs, but some things are out of their hands.
