Didn't have hot water for entire stay and this is completely unacceptable. The front desk personnel weren't helpful and we were only told "maintenance is working it." Looking at other current reviews, this seems to be an ongoing issue that we could have been warned about. This is a shame as the hotel service staff (waiters, entertainers, etc.) were exceptional. They really went all out to take care of you. In addition, the property is conventionally located in Playa. Our only other caution is that there really isn't a beach at the property, only a very small patch of sand. I wouldn't book a stay here until they address the hot water issues.

Disappointing experience for an adults-only all-inclusive. The bars don’t open until 11 a.m., and all restaurants close by 10 p.m. Although the snack bar is advertised as open until 11–11:30 p.m., there was no food or beverages available when we went. The hotel itself feels dated, and we had to switch rooms because the electricity wasn’t working in ours. There’s no real beach access, and activities are very limited. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return to this resort.

This the first time Ive ever stayed at an all-inclusive. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable, but the shower was tiny. The shampoo/conditioner combo was terrible. The room I was in had chairs outside the room. This was really nice, but my view was the hotel across the street. The pools were great, but the beach area was unimpressive.
