We recently stayed at this all-inclusive resort and overall had a good experience. The property offers a wide variety of amenities — multiple restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream stations, and shopping options. Having the beach right at the hotel was a huge plus and made everything very convenient and enjoyable.
However, our experience ended on a disappointing note. The day before our departure, we returned to our room and found chocolates left by staff — but unfortunately, there were roaches on the plate. This was very concerning and not what we expected from a resort of this level.
We reported the issue to the front desk during checkout. While the staff acknowledged it and said they would look into it, there was no real sense of urgency or effort to address the situation in a meaningful way. We had hoped for a more proactive response, especially given the circumstances.
Overall, the resort has a lot to offer, but cleanliness and guest service in situations like this need improvement
