This resort was beautiful and well taken care of. The food was better than most all inclusive resorts. Our family really enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation would be that they have some live music in the lobby area earlier in the evening.

This is my second time staying at this property and the service was once again great from when we first arrived until we departed. The staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate your needs. The experience was truly amazing and one to remember for all times. The beach the ocean the views the room and food were all exceptional. However, the best part about our stay were the people. I can’t say enough about the hospitality and how hard they are working. Early in the morning before most people wake up they making every preparation to ensure guests have the most enjoyable experience. I saw how hard they work and it made me appreciate my time there even more with the person I love. From Carlos, Victor, Pita and Ricardo sweating on the beach every day to ensure we have a great time. Alfredo, Anna Pau, Karina in reception were so very helpful and always willing to assist me in making my wife’s birthday surprises amazing. Our favorite restaraunt Dommo and the staff Efrain and team were exceptional in helping us enjoy breakfast and birthday celebrations with smiles and memories to last a lifetime. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts and we look forward to seeing you all again next year!

Double booked this property. The hotel has been giving us the run around for the last few months. They also tried to charge us triple the price for a boat upon checkout. We had 3 rooms and they tried to charge each room. Very disappointing. They were just trying to make money of us. I travel very often. I have never had an experience like this before.

Very disappointed. Tried to charge our party extra money the day we were leaving. We had 3 rooms and rented a boat. They tried to charge each room for an individual boat. Also we double booked and charged us for the extra room which no one stayed at. After telling they would give us a refund. We travel often. Horrible experience

I went on a solo trip. It was a 10/10 experience, food was great especially at there weekly Mexican event. Only thing I can say is the beach area is not that clean due to the seaweed but they try to clean every morning, other than that i recommend for a great get away.

We had a wonderful stay at Finest Playa Mujeres! The resort is modern, clean, and very family-friendly, with spacious suites and great service throughout. The beach is beautiful, the pools are well-maintained, and there’s a good variety of restaurants. Highly recommend for a comfortable and upscale all-inclusive getaway.

We were really looking forward to our trip to this resort in Mexico, but unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. First and foremost, the staff were surprisingly unkind and arrogant, especially in the restaurants. Every interaction felt rushed and unfriendly, as if taking an order was a burden. It made us feel very unwelcome. Several restaurants were also closed during our stay, which was never communicated to us in advance and made dining very inconvenient. The worst part was when we made a reservation for the teppanyaki restaurant, only to find out on the day of that the restaurant was closed. That level of disorganization was frustrating and extremely disappointing. The resort itself is also quite small, with very limited areas or activities for kids. If you’re traveling with family, this is definitely not the best choice.
