We had 3 rooms and almost all the rooms had some kind of issues. Only few people stood out but majority of them had attitude. Food really sucked for a resort. We had better food at other resort nearby in our previous trip. Beach had lots of seaweed. Kids club was located at the corner of property which was very inconvenient. Coconut should have been available to all the bars but at this location only at one bar from 12-2pm. I have never heard that before. Aqua bar bartender was very mean. Only people who stood out were Carlos and Prascila. Upon request, chef cooked for us Indian food, which was very helpful. Besides that restaurants were mediocre. Japanese was the worst. They do not let you modify whatsoever even for kids. I will not be recommending this resort.

This was a perfect family vacation resort. Quiet and relaxing even with kiddos. Food options were endless and the hospitality was amazing. Not a single complaint. If you have older children the swim our suites are absolutely worth it.

We had an excellent experience from the moment we arrived until our departure. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. The food options were fantastic, and while the beach was very hot in August—something we expected—the water provided a nice relief. I did anticipate that the sargassum would be cleaned up better, but it's hard to find any major complaints about the place otherwise. Our swim-up room was amazing, and the attached pool was mostly empty, only being used by neighboring guests. The property had everything for a family of 4. There were tons of food options and drink options everyday. The resort really took time to come up with new and fresh ideas for daily activities and it was very kid friendly.

We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay at Finest Playa Mujeres! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every staff member—from the bellboys, front desk and housekeeping to food & beverage, entertainment, and AquaWorld beach sports—went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The resort itself is immaculate, with spotless facilities and a strong sense of safety throughout. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and warm hospitality made for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We can’t wait to return! A special shout-out to Alejandro Martin and his entire entertainment crew—Abraham, Kevin, Macro, Daniella, Maliano, and many others. They were amazing! From daily pickleball games to beach volleyball, biking, and countless other activities, they kept us engaged, entertained, and having fun all day. They are simply the best! The most incredible stay! I seriously did not want to go home. Counting down the days until we are back on the white sand beach, beautiful pool and absolutely delicious food. 10 out of 10 across the board!!!
