Did not accommodate many vegetarian dishes and when asked concierge for items they stated they did not know where to find it and we had to find it for ourselves. Definitely not a five star resort, very disappointing. Didn’t have a buffet for dinner either or much options for dinner as I would have liked especially for our larger bigger family group.

The place was clean. They put a lot of effort to keep this place clean. The staff are very friendly and professional. They are very accommodating. Gabriel from the excellence club was an amaZing bar tender. Really great drinks. His skills made the experience even better. Kevin at the entertainment was very pleasant and experienced to make the pickle ball session and bike tour great. Great warmth. Our server at Domo and at the Mexican restaurant, Pedro was really good. He knows the dishes well and provided perfect service and information. He made us welcomed at the restaurants. This really sets a high standard for an all inclusive.

When you arrive at this hotel, the welcome experience is very disappointing. I booked a double room, with the choice of either two beds or a king, but they try to give you the worst room in the worst location, far from everything, and expect you to accept it. This didn’t just happen to me—it also happened to two of my friends. For example, I had already paid and booked a double bed room, but at check-in the receptionist told me they only had a single bed room with a sofa bed, even though there were two of us. That is completely unacceptable To be fair, the hotel itself is clean, the beach is nice, and the room service and food are good. But they do not provide accurate information. They sell the hotel as if it’s a “summer resort” package with lots of choices, but in reality, it’s very limited. For example, the website says there are ten restaurants, but after 5 p.m. only two restaurants are actually open, and when I asked why, I was told it was because there were fewer guests. If that’s the case, the price should also be lower. Overall, this hotel is not a good choice for younger people or anyone looking for fun. There’s really nothing to enjoy here. We loved our stay at Playa Mujeres. Such an amazing property with family friendly vibes. All the staff were so wonderful. Lots of great food options. It is well maintained property. I highly recommend.

pools and bars are everywhere and you can pick any that is convenient. We loved the sweet corner. well maintained pools and gardens. Staff is very nice as well.

Everything was good polite staff, spa was one of a kind, pool was clean as much as they can be, lots of food choices in a different resto. Room was clean with comfortable bed. The only thing I noticed was the shower floor, it was clean but slippery. Might be the quality of the flooring. Also it needs shower safety bar for senior citizens just to hold in case. Over all we had a good time. Thank you all!!
