Amazing Resort....staff was so friendly, food was great. We did the couples massage and that was the best one I’ve ever had. Will return for sure!!!

Beautiful hotel, wonderful experience .

Cons: The beach had too much seaweed ,is not the hotel fault .
We just came back from Villa del palmar Cancun, we have a great time ,the rooms was great , I love the washer and drayer in the room ,the staff were beyond wonderful ,specially Pedro and Moises by the pool .The only thing was the marketing people , they start calling your room very early in the morning .very pushy. Wonderful place.

Nice pools, on beach, good food at restaurants...

Odd thing that could be changed...you wear a bracelet designating all inclusive guest, and with all inclusive option, all food and beverage is included. Every restaurant, bar and poolside option makes you "sign" a room charge to before you can leave pool or restaurant/bar. Just a little nuisance...

Beautiful

This hotel is only about 6 years old so everything is in very good condition. Every balcony has a Hamic on it which was so nice. We got the butler service but never saw the Butler after he showed it to our room. in the workout room had lots of equipment. However it was in the basement with no windows. A view would have been nice. The resort is very private and there is not people from other places walking up and down the beach. The beach is only the width of the hotel. After that it is just vegetation. The beach was very nice

Don't waste money on this "luxury residence"!

Pros: The rooms are roomy and clean.
We choose one bedroom suite, all inclusive luxury residence with butler service package. The room is nice, but... Do not waste your money on the "luxury residence with butler service". For this extra money paid, you'll get nothing. The butler is working half day. One week from 3 pm and the other week until 3 pm. The only difference between regular stay and luxury residence stay is a hard liquor in your room and 3 chocolate candies at night. Doesn't worst to pay extra. No reservation needed in restaurants. If you choose to eat dinner at 7-8 pm, there is a waiting time for at least an hour. The resort has nice small infinity pool for "luxury residence" only, but you'll not be able to use it because it is for "different" luxury residence. At the check in we were told we can use it, but on the first day we came to that pool, we were asked to leave. Very disappointing. Overall the resort is ok, but don't waist money on the "luxury" stay. There is no luxury there.
