The hotel is beautiful and the staff was fantastic. We had a big group since we were celebrating a 40th and a 10th birthday party. Daniel at the pool bar and all our servers at the pool and restaurants were great. Always making sure we had drinks and food available. Our butlers were sahid and Gustavo and they again always made sure our reservations were ready every night and helped us with pool chairs everyday. We loved our time here and will be back

We were a group of 15 and we had a great time. We were able to get dinner reservations for our big group every night. We did have the help of our butlers Gustavo and Zahid who ensured we were always up to date with the resort's activities and restaurant reservations. The service at the pool was great and our guy Jose always remembered what we were drinking. Food service to the pool was fast and good. The last day we were there my daughter's stuffy was taken by accident with the laundry service and every member of the staff did everything they could to find it in a pile of thousands of towels and sheets. We were so grateful for all their hard work in finding her! One suggestion I would have for this resort would be for the kids' popsicles poolside to be included on the all-inclusive option as well as the carousel! This hotel was great for our big family, and we had a great time.
