No place to eat dinner on the property. If you don’t have a reservation and it is not member only night then you will not eat. It it no place to eat lunch either. Not a good property.

For members there is only one night where one of our restaurants is used for a gala dinner for them, however there are 4 additional restaurants for you to enjoy your meal, currently we don't have any reservations in our restaurants, we are truly sorry for the misinformation you received, we have shared your feedback with our staff in order to make sure to explain all the restaurants and their schedules to all of our guests. I enjoyed the friendly service of all the staff. The resort was always clean and there’s always someone available to help. The one thing I recommend to the resort to considers, is to create a location for smokers. I found it disgusting to be walking around the resort and they’re smoking in the air. It was nauseating

Great place for a great deal. Two hotels for less than the price of one. Two fancy restaurants, good shows and a free kids club. Food was good, beach was amazing. Fantastic hospitality! What a deal!

First our initial room was beautiful it had an ocean view 2 bathrooms a sitting area and had the king bed we requested. Only to discover that there were bugs crawling all over the bed. When I called they said they would send someone a maid shows up 15 minutes later with a broom and dust pan like that was going to help. So we took all our stuff and headed up to the front desk. I told the lady there what happened she didn’t seem fazed by this and w/o even an apology gave us another room only they didn’t have any more rooms with king beds so they gave us a room with 2 double beds. Which they assured me could be put together with a mattress overlay and I wouldn’t even know the difference. The mattress overlay was a sheet. The new room’s thermostat was broken and the room was freezing our whole trip. Also there was an air conditioning unit outside our room that was horrible loud. I’m a light sleeper so this was a big issue for me. I will say a few nice things with the exception of the lady who switched our room the staff was very helpful like Aguilar who works in the buffet section he answered all our questions gave Us directions. The Spa was great very relaxing. Things to note: 1) All the bars close at midnight 2) They have 3 restaurants and 2 buffets 3) Also the 2 buffets and 2 restaurants are all in the 2nd tower which is basically another hotel attached by an outdoor walkway. 4) Wi-Fi does not work in the 2nd tower and all the shows and activities are there.
