The property was beautiful and yhe staff was extra friendly. The only thing we didn't like was the beach, the beach smells like sewage and the water was as brown as can be.

We mainly had a positive experience with a couple of negatives to mention. The food was very good, the pools were very spacious and clean, the other amenities very nice, and staff was very friendly. We felt safe and our room was very clean and well attended to. However, the ability to spend the resort credit was very limited and the staff tried very hard to upsell us several times into their “timeshare “program which we did not appreciate.

we paid for ocena view, but we got a wedding view with noise. every day party, was a waste for the ocen view, first of all their ocen view rooms with 2 beds only on the first floor.

This was a nice resort with nice pools and rooms. This hotel seems to be more catering to the domestic tourists rather than international tourists. The restaurants food was very good. The beach in this are is terrible, dirty and smells like sewage. The staff were very nice and helpful and room was nice.

We were able to use the sunrise amenities which was convenient since our family was there and we were in the music. We sat through a presentation at the grand which we were told that us how we would find more out about our 3 nights in punta Cana. You only get the 3 nights if you purchase 3 or more nights and they want u to do it right now. We were given day passes to the Grand for attending. The water park looked dirty especially the lazy river and the wave pool. I just was not impressed overall for the price.

No me gusto en bastantes puntos. - Varios del personal están algo de malas (botones, transporte, meseros) pero los de el restaurante yucateco e italiano y Japones muy muy amables. - Al no aceptar la platica que te ofrecen insistentemente, también la actitud del concierge cambia radicalmente. - La comida del bufete que mala es, pero mala mala no lo podía creer, tanto desayuno como comida. - La comida del room service tantito peor y no soy muy exigente :( - Mi cuarto los dos primeros días muy bien, el penúltimo como si se les hubiera olvidado terminar el cuarto, la basura en el lavabo, sin toallas, y cosas tiradas, no hubo refill ni de agua. (Tal vez fue un descuido) - Los resort credits es una ilusión, tienes que pagar el 16% de todo lo que gastes y solo lo puedes gastar en lo que ellos te dicen, por ejemplo, unos lentes que cuestan fuera del hotel $100 aquí dentro les ponen $1500 y pagas el 16% de $1500 que serían $240 al final da igual, no crean que es un beneficio. - Pusieron unas canchas de tenis nuevas hermosas pero no las pude usar, en su lugar usamos una de las viejitas que esta con el piso deforme a nivel de la red esta mas alta que al los lados. Lo que me gusto es el flow-rider, las cenas, y lo grande que es. No volvería no entiendo los 4 diamantes muchas mejores opciones por un precio menor.
