This was my first all inclusive experience and let me tell you I was not impressed. The food is absolutely terrible and the drinks are too nothing but well liquor and beer taste absolutely horrible. Would truly rather stay at a cheap hotel next to the beach and eat all the delicious food Mexico has to offer! Not worth the money at all.

Very nice resort. Would stay again. Pros- buffet was great lots of choices Grounds and rooms were very clean Water slides were a lot of fun Staff was great, pools games were fun. Shows after dinner were entertaining Check in and check out were easy and accommodating Cons- Pepe’s by the pool was almost inedible Sports bar food was not great. Had to heat food up in the microwave Beach was a walk and there was so much seaweed we could not go in the water Expected more of the steak restaurant. It was below average and would not be happy if we had to pay for that dinner

We stayed here the week of the super bowl, and the staff was amazing, they gave us a room right above the night club and it was very loud the first night when we went to the front desk they had no problem changing our room, the food was very good, down side is that the restaurants fill up fast and you can't get in, but the buffet food was well above average. The entertainment staff was excellent. BEWARE!!!! of the event parties that take place at the Hotel Carribbe, do not go, the bus ride takes forever to get there and back and when you are there you run the risk of getting drugged, we talked with quite a few people and everyone had the exact same story of how they felt when they left there.

The room was very clean and had plenty of room. Food was very good. Pool area was excellent !One major problem. Our room was directly above a nightclub that played music until 02:00! Had to use earplugs and pillow to sleep. That was every night!! I am going to write a separate letter to RIU company.

I stayed here last month and I would not suggest this place unless you want mediocre food, poor service and lack of empathy. My friend had an allergic reaction due to cross contamination and the best they could do was offer their apologies and a doctor for an extra fee. I dont know what kind of place that does not treat an allergic reaction with urgency. So if you potentially die on property, please do it elsewhere. They'll only offer fake apologies and thoughts and prayers. Ive heard of a lot of people getting sick from the food here. Get travelers insurance! The steak house had one of the worst steak in the world, the asian restaurant had gas station sushi and everything was a buffet. The main buffet was probably their saving grace. We just went off property for better food. House keeping was also on the low end too. Towels werent delievered after we requested them. Even after they said that they've done it. Bedsheets werent changed. The bed was just remade. My friend had a blood stain on the sheet that was there for three days and we requested

From the rooms to the staff the whole stay was 10/10 everyone was polite and helpful. Zero complaints will defiantly be returning been to Mexico 5 times and this is by far my favorite place

Restaurants need a lot of work. The food was the worse part of the stay. The beds were very small and had no blanket, only sheets.

The resort was very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful grounds. The food was very good. We will go back.

Staff is the best part about this resort! Always smiling and happy. The food is the worst. I wasn’t expecting 5 star food but this was just plain bad & I actually lost weight on vacation. Just overall not worth the price.

staff was great, I was dissapointed no hot tubs anywhere in the resort. The days we went it was cold so we couldnt really use the pools since they were all outside. Would have been nice to have indoor pools as well.

This resort was incredible. The staff was friendly. They work very hard for their guests. The entire place was clean lots of entertainment. Plenty of bars to get all the drinks you want. I’ve been two different all-inclusive resorts and they only have one or two bars available because they really don’t want to serve you alcohol cause it cost the money. This place had bars everywhere. Food was good as well.
