My wife and I have had two wonderful stays at Riu Latino in the past two years. Both times, the rooms were clean and fresh. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food options that everyone could enjoy, and the food was always fresh. The lunch and dinner options were even better, and we especially loved the dinner buffet, which offered something different every night. The pool bar could have improved its drink selection, but the lobby bar consistently served great drinks. The beach was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was very attentive throughout our stay, from the front desk to the bars and restaurants. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and relaxing. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a quiet and carefree all-inclusive vacation experience.

This place is perfect for adults. My only issue was with the food. I did not expect a high culinary experience, but the quality was just not there. Specifics - mostly all protein taste like soy or vegan option disguised as meat. There is essentially no late night food available. The late night self serve option in the bar consists of “ham” and cheese burritos (ham was really bologna, maybe) chips were stale and cheese was so bright that you knew it was not real cheese or even velvets. There was a hamburger and “ham” and cheese sandwiches. All options were in a refrigerator and needed to be microwaved for consumption. Needless to say, no other food option was available and my group of 10 did not part take. We were there 6 days. Honestly, if they fix the quality of their food, buffet and restaurants, include a late night option, even if it’s left over tacos from the buffet with one to two people serving it, this place would be a 4.8 out of 5! The service was spot on! Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Rooms are clean and views were remarkable. Bed was hard but not bad. I would definitely go back if the few suggestions above were corrected!

We had a great stay. We chose a swim up room and it was great. You saw staff cleaning throughout. We saw that there was a jacuzzi at the spa and booked it but it was not a jacuzzi at all just a lukewarm pool that was disappointing. Overall stay was great and food and service was great. Had only one issue with an older bartender at the sports bar he was not nice to many of the patrons. Other than that I would definitely recommend.
