"It was a terrible experience for us.It is our fourth visit in Cancun and we had wonderful times. Listing and rating did not match at all.Our room felt outdated and very uncomfortably maintained. We asked for different room/options and were told"only if we pay for upgrade " Our room was junior suite oceanfront. The glass on balcony was old and scratched, the mirrors were moldy stained, shower and bathroom looked old and not maintained. It was a cold,unpleasant atmosphere everywhere. The staff was not caring and unpleasant overall. We booked a different place and left 2 hours after arrival since hotel or Expedia left us with no other help."

"We had a great time at the resort! It is a large resort with plenty of activities day & night.The beach was gorgeous and they work hard to keep it clean. There was a lot of seaweed during our stay but it did not stop us from swimming in the ocean. It was so much fun. The pools are nice and the bartenders were fun! The two bars inside the main lobby were the best, we loved the chocolate and expresso martinis! We never had a problem getting into any of the restaurants. Food was decent, we were able to find things we all enjoyed. The entertainment was great. We got to enjoy a white party and a Michael Jackson performance. You can easily schedule excursions from the resort which was very convenient. The rooms were decently spacious with blackout curtains. The beds are on the smaller side and they offered to bring another twin bed for us so we each had our own beds. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping our room clean and stocked with towels. The resort is spread out so prepare to get your steps in! We never mind that. The resort is in a gated, more secluded area away from any thing other than more resorts but it has pretty much everything you need. I would recommend this to adults and families if you are looking for something budget friendly and nice. It made for a very memorable experience!"

"The service was great. The hotel was clean. The entertainment group did their best: hard workers, amazing job. The food was good; the only issue we had was that the lights went out for about 30 minutes, which was not under their control. They were able to restore it as quickly as they could, and everything went back to normal. Overall, everything was good."

"Overall, our experience at this hotel was disappointing and did not meet the standards we would expect from a five-star resort. One of the biggest issues was the food service. On two separate occasions, in two different restaurants, members of our group never received their meals and eventually left without eating. Service at several bars was also inconsistent. Basic ingredients and garnishes were often unavailable, and the staff appeared overwhelmed, tired, and understaffed, resulting in very slow service. Housekeeping was another concern. Our room was not consistently cleaned to an acceptable standard. We frequently had to call and request towels because hand towels and face towels were removed and not replaced. This happened multiple times during our stay. The Kids Club was also disappointing, as it remained closed until 5:00 p.m. each day, which limited the activities available for families traveling with children. In addition, the property itself appeared poorly maintained. Several areas already showed signs of damage and wear. We also noticed that the sheets and bedding in our room often felt damp, which made our stay uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not reflect the quality expected from a five-star hotel. Based on our experience, we would not choose to return and would have difficulty recommending this property to others."
