"Originally everything went wrong Andreas bad. The room was not what we were told would be, the night staff at the desk was lying and insisting that our room was not garden view while we were told it was. However the next day the manager by the name of Alex changed everything. He was very polite. He tried everything he could to help us. He assured us that he will look for a garden view room and as soon as there is an opening he will transfer us there. Which he did! In less than one day he found us a room with a beautiful garden and ocean view.we were so delighted and on top of it the next day he surprised us and sent a basked of fruit and chocolate to our room to make up for any inconvenience that originally we had to go through. I was so upset the first night that was planning to write a bad review for the hotel but Alex saved the hotel from the bad review and made our stay a pleasant stay. I highly recommend him to get a promotion or raise!"

"It was amazing experience. Everyone & everything & food was kind & good. We will definitely visit here next time. Restaurants (seafood & oriental food & buffet) were amazing! Ice cream, margarita, cookies, beer, direct access to the beach, and connected beach and pool are great. The most important thing were the people working in the place, such a kind, humorous, and happy persons!"
