This was our wedding and honey moon stay. We couldn’t have been happier with the hotel. Super friendly. We only one hiccup that for one night out to the club the entertainment manager didn’t make it clear that we are on our own for the return to the hotel after the club. Which would be ok to know from the beginning and not to find out at 3:30 in the morning.

Room cleanliness is great. It’s little hard for me to break change for big bills to give tips to the waiters. As the reception told me to go outside to currency exchange store to do it.

First time at an all inclusive resort so I don't have anything to compare to. Small resort, friendly staff, not crowded. Close to bus stop and taxis. Concierge services for local activities at Xcaret, Xel-Ha, Chichen Itza and more. Next door to catamaran excursion to Isla Mujares. Daily activities at pool like volleyball, bingo. Nightly show from dancers to audience participated game show. Rooms are small but adaquate. Refrigerator stocked with 4 waters, 3 sodas and 2 juice boxes daily. Buffet was adequate, whole family was able to find something to eat. Each meal had outdoor grill with omelettes for breakfast, tacos or fish for lunch, and different selections for dinner. Buffet seemed better during the week, and some buffets were better than others. Poolside snack bar had hamburgers, hotdogs, finger food and fresh fruit. two bars on site that opens at 11, no issue getting all you can drink, some drinks were stronger than others.

I reserved 2 junior suites for 2 families. When we got there my suite was not ready and staff gave me 2 standard rooms with small beds. Very disappointing of course. Room service was awful. the second day, my suite was ready, but cold water in the shower only in one of the restrooms. the second bedroom's AC didn't work. I called for a day and half and staff said they were sending a technician, of course they didn't. they switch me to a different suite. and this time I demanded for staff to check the suite, before they hand me keys. Unfortunately we went to several parks during our stay and got to the hotel very late. Very disappointing when we wanted to shower, cold water again in the shower. I really hated everything at the hotel. If it wasn't because my family and I went to several park, we actually enjoyed Cancun, but not the hotel. Staff was angry at the reception and they were because I was complaining to them about the AC, the cold water in the shower, calling them several times for them to fix the AC but no success there. I requested a credit for my stay because two days we were without an AC and supposely the technician was on his way. really? I don't think so. They should have done something else, but they didn't. They couldn't give me credit because I reserved through "Travelocity" not with the hotel directly. BS. Don't stay at this hotel. it has been the worse hotel I have stayed in my life. Once again very disappointing.

Staff was on top of every thing you wanted, friendly, mainly spoke Spanish (it's in Mexico where Spanish is the main language) so sometimes communication was difficult. The facilities were nice and maintained well. The buffet food could use some improvement (coming from an American) the sushi bar on the other hand...... Everything I tried was very good and had nice presentation. I at at the dinner by the pool a couple nights, they offer a private dinner for two on the dock, candle lit and private. The personal pizza on that menu was delicious. The staff kept both adults and children entertained through mid day with volleyball, ping pong, basketball shoots and water polo. entertainment each night in the main concourse. The resort is located in the middle of the snorkel/sailing docks so it can be noisy in the mid morning with people setting off for those activities (I myself enjoy sailing so I enjoyed the view) the beach was nice and clean.

5 of 5 this resort was the 6th I've stayed at in Cancun. Others offer more food choices, however you can always find something you like. these are served hot, unlike others, and timely. No words can explain the staff and their efforts to please. They were unable to stop the day and a half of rain, but made it comfortable as possible. I feel the staff isn't paid for the effort they display, so I tip a bit which I'm sure helps. Phil Chicago

This was a nice hotel for the price, if you only want to use it for sleeping. I think that my husband and I wasted money on all inclusive because we spent more money eating out. The "buffet" was very very limited and the options were not that great for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The snack bar by the pool closed super early, the drinks were watered all the way down. We spent most of our time away from the hotel and exploring. We spent lots of unnecessary money for us to have "all-inclusive."

Obviously no beach but horrible staff the hotel smelled like wet dog there was no water or light the first day so we went to another resort and the hotel didn't want to reimburse.
