Great staff, always helpful. Food was below average with very little variety. Room was poor, hole in ceiling, furniture had loose Formica molding.

not a large giant hotel. clean, good food and service .family oriented, folks from all the world. friendly, relaxed staff and guests. nice entertainment. no heavy drinking. quiet after 10pm.

Well, not the best Resort in the world. I would not go back here, nor would I recommend it. The room was nice we had a 3 room suite, however there are no decorations on the walls at all, except the tv. They are just white walls. Our first room started to smell like sewage. We had to call them in to check and they fought us a little on changing rooms but they did. The staff was awesome and very nice though. However, the food was seriously terrible. The selection very limited. It was just not tasty. There are several other hotels in the area with more to offer. The beach area was not good at all it's between 2 boat docks where several LARGE PARTY boats are. I mean HUGE boats. The water is not clear at all, and everyone got bit by something small in the water. The best part of this stay was the staff. If you're gonna go here order from the Room Service menu, it's actually quite good and better than

Likes: - Cleanliness, - Friendly staff Dislikes: - Very limited choice of food for vegetarians, - Menu displays only in Spanish, - No specific mention about Vegetarian and Non-Veg dishes, - Terrible preparations at the Italian restaurant, - Too much noisy kitchen area, - Restaurant staff not always careful in handling porcelain dishes to NOT break them in presence of guests, - Completely dilapidated condition of pingpong pads and pingpong ball, - Crowded pool area, - Smoking not restricted to limited areas of resort, - Outdated furniture, - Almost zero beach area.

All the staff we encountered were pleasant, eager to assist and went out of their way to make our stay amenable—especially Eme and the ever present young woman in the dining room. The food was mediocre unless you had an omelet made and that was excellent thanks to the young woman in the dining room. Wine is terrible and alcohol is definitely watered down. Facility is well maintained and very pretty pool areas. Rooms are minimalist—need hand lotion, Kleenex, perhaps a clock, washcloths. Balcony nice & roomy.
