We have visitors this site at least 6 times. The resort is ok, the staff is AMAZING. They are always helpful, polite, friendly, kind, and just extremely genuine. The rooms are nice, a little run down. The food could be a touch better. More vegetarian options would be amazing. The biggest thing we miss is the beach side tents they used to have and still show on their website and in the rooms. The restaurant Almar was always top notch! The lentil soup was the best!

Nice resort for the amenities. The elevator broke on our first night and we got stuck in it for 5 minutes before they got us out - none of the emergency buttons worked. Food was a hit or miss, but I feel like that’s common with all inclusives. Room was nice and clean, but porch door lock was broken during our stay. I would also recommend an heated pool so you could swim and have more nightlife activities. Overall a good bang for your buck for the hotel zone. The staff were lovely!

Place it self was old and needed updating. Our air wasn’t working and we asked 3 times to get it fixed and they said it was working. Rooms were dirty and run down. Pool was cold, food was ok and most of the staff were good!

Nice touch (Inspira package) to have macrons and a bottle of sparkling wine in the room on arrival. However, room floor was dirty, beds were too soft and squeaky, air conditioner/room temp could not be adjusted (and when I called for assistance no one came) and drinks were terrible. For the price, I was expecting better service and a better stay.

The view was gorgeous and breathtaking. I loved the view and enjoyed great food and wonderful natural fruit drinks. It was a wonderful weekend getaway. The only complaint was that there was a leak in my room on the second day, but they moved me right away to a room with ocean view and I was happy with the upgrade. There was some construction going on, but it didn't take away from the beautiful experience.

La atención de el personal es excelente el cuarto con una vista al mar excelente el entretenimiento muy bueno lo que le faltó a este hotel fueron dos cosas la comida podría mejorar y cuando salimos alas 12 si quieres quedarte unas horas extras y hacer uso de las instalaciones nos dijeron que tenía un costa de $200 pesos por persona como $10 dls que en Cancún normalmente en otros hoteles no cobran y te dejan estar hasta las 5 de la tarde
