"We stayed recently, a family of 9 across 3 rooms. The hotel itself is “nice enough” at a surface level — the location is convenient, and the general facilities are decent. However, it is significantly overpriced for what you actually get. The rooms and overall standard don’t align with the cost, especially compared to other options in Cancún. The biggest issue for us was the presence of mould in our room. This wasn’t minor — it was noticeable and concerning. We were travelling with our son, who has a significant respiratory condition, so air quality is extremely important for his health. This really put a damper on our stay and made it difficult to relax or feel comfortable in the rooms. Because of this, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again, particularly given the price point. With some improvements — especially addressing maintenance and room conditions — it could be a much better experience, but in its current state, it’s hard to justify the cost."

"This is not a luxury hotel however for the Money this is a great place. The staff is amazing. The room is nice though there’s no phone in the room, but that doesn’t bother me because I use my cell phone while traveling. There are restaurants nearby that are great. They have an amazing pool on site. I selected the buffet breakfast which was nothing fancy, but it was everything I needed. I would definitely stay at this location again, conveniently located right across from the ferries that go over to Ilsa Mujeres and not too far into the hotel zone that you feel like you’re driving forever to get there highly recommend "

"The property itself is very beautiful. Design wise and layout is very accessible. Where it locks is staff was sometimes not friendly. Loved all the restaurants except for the margarita. Shows were pretty good. Entertainment staff was sparse. Beach is actually beautiful. Staff is always keeping it very clean. Some waves, but not overly big."
