There were 4 different All-Included restaurants, pool for adults and pool area for toddlers, fabulous entertainment every night, located right on the beach in the hotel zone, there were so many great staff and great activities going on, the waiter staff in the buffet restaurant were outstanding, the pool area staff, bartenders and security staff were all fantastic, all the resort staff are well spoken in both English and Spanish and very polite. The downfall was the resort didn’t have the right info for the number of travelers for our room which made it somewhat of a displeasing time trying to check in. The receptionist didn’t help the matter when we were trying to clear up the check in issues and she just told us that her computer didn’t show we had more than 2 people and she then just tuned and walked away, not even telling us where she was going for 10 minutes. That was the only really bothersome point we had with the Resort but the front desk manager worked it all out for us eventually. The rest of the staff were amazing, polite, happy endividuals who made sure we were taken care of at every turn! Loved it.

My stay at the hotel was amazing! The food was good and the staff was very attentive and made me feel welcomed, everyone was extremely sweet. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Room location was good. Ocean view and nice balcony. Main problem was the excessive noise. So loud sleep was impossible until 3 a.m. or so. Never, ever experienced anything like it. Don’t stay here if you want a relaxing vacation. If you want to stay up drinking all night you probably won’t mind the noise.

Nice hotel!

Nice outdoors but rooms need upgrading

The staff was very friendly and nice but the room was not great. The bedding was uncomfortable.

horrible

Pros: The room was clean, and the pool
Cons: everything
Location: nothing was near by and the bus drivers take advantage of americans
Worst experience. The staff did not help me, no wifi , which was supposed to be included the ocean was worse then a lake, will never return, and told any and everyone i know to not go to this hotel, they told me and my fiance that we could visit the other hotel for the day, nope if you didn't buy the 11k package you had to leave.

Had an awesome time great all inclusive option. Wish the WiFi didn’t have a premium option, but still have a free limit. All around great time, staff and cleanliness was excellent. Hoping to come back to Costa Cancun soon!

Good location, poor service

Pros: Location was good, food was adequate but limited.
Cons: Service, Service, Service!
Location: Pirate Ships are right next door and fun to watch coming in and out of port.
Location is excellent and close to Pirate Boats which have fireworks each night @9:30pm. Only downside to location is a lot of boat and jet ski traffic resulting in choppy waters at beach. To call this property all inclusive is not really true. Technically they provide meals and beverages. However, no quality liquors, room service, wifi or other perks without extra charges. 90% of guests were from Mexico and Latin America and staff spoke English reluctantly. Hotel says they restock fridge daily, but they stocked on arrival day and day prior to leaving and this was only after complaining. Food was good and no complaints other than a limited selection but adequate. Hotels changes linens every third day unless you request every other day. Some days towels were replaced and others not. I had do not disturb sign out one afternoon and staff attempted to enter twice, and called two times as well. Some fun beach games to be sure. Pool games were ok and people enjoyed. Nightly entertainment was brief consisting of a 30 minute show and then some violin music in lobby until 10:30p on a late evening. No place to really mingle, listen to music or dance. If these things are not important to you, then you may enjoy the property. A quick word about the resort credit which is false by any definition. The credit amount of $500 is a discount to already overpriced items. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone but families.
