Room smelled “damp” the whole time. Air worked great. Hot water in room only worked sometimes but room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast/dinner foods were subpar and repetitive. Staff were all helpful and nice. Pool was clean and beach was nice. A lot of boats in and out where beach is located though. Entertainment was good. “Specialty restaurants weren’t great,but service was always good.

Did was just ok, often not prepared to our liking, dry chicken, overcooked beef. The bathrooms needed an upgrade; better toiletries, our bathroom was very small for my husband to move comfortably. When we arrived, we did not get the reservation that we had booked 9 months prior. We were told that we only booked the room, but we did request certain need sizes, so that was frustrating, we had to move our stuff the next day. In my opinion, not a 4 star hotel.

No activities for kids or adult. You have to book your own adventures else where.The food was ok but not not much Mexican dish. Our first room we got was smelling in the bathroom so they changed our room. The waitresses were really nice.

My room was horrible- not even a balcony to set a chair. I had to ask the staff several times for some water bottles and was not a pleasant experience. Very limited food selection- compared to similar places. I don’t recommend this place at all

Overall stay was good. The room was clean, and housekeeping changed the bedding, towels etc daily. The staff was excellent, they deserve a raise because of how helpful, kind and dedicated they are. Truly a shining star of the stay. The buffet food was not great on the other hand, not much variety, food was recycled, bland, and gave us stomach aches. The hotel was nice, well kept, with a beautiful view of the water.
