Room smelled “damp” the whole time. Air worked great. Hot water in room only worked sometimes but room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast/dinner foods were subpar and repetitive. Staff were all helpful and nice. Pool was clean and beach was nice. A lot of boats in and out where beach is located though. Entertainment was good. “Specialty restaurants weren’t great,but service was always good.

We enjoyed our stay at this budget friendly resort. Rooms are a bit outdated and could use a remodel, but they were clean and had everything we needed. Food at the buffet was just okay. They do have a few “specialty” restaurants but they were only slightly better than the buffet. It’s mentioned on their site that you are required to make reservations for the specialty restaurants, which was fine. It was disappointing to learn that you were limited on the number of reservations you could make based on your length of stay. We stayed 4 nights and were only allowed 2 nights at the specialty restaurants. That limitation wasn’t mentioned anywhere. I would have preferred to make a reservation for each night over dining at the buffet. The pool was nice and we never felt it was too crowded. We were disappointed in the beach area, though. It’s very small and felt more like a small lagoon. Boats pass by often and the smell of the exhaust from their motors can get quite strong. If you’re looking to spend more time at the beach, choose a resort in a different location. Staff was very friendly. No complaints there. Drinks are what you’d expect at an all inclusive. Not top shelf or anything, but they do the trick. For a budget friendly option, it was great. Next time, I think we’ll increase our budget and opt for something a little nicer in an area with a nicer beach. Don’t let them sucker you into visiting their sister resort! It’s a presentation for the vacation club!Waste of time!

Room was clean but the floor was sandy, bathroom sink slow drain/clogged, housekeeper was provided every day, never has to ask for nothing, staff very friendly in the entire facility, even in the pool they offered drinks and towels, staff is amazing My room has a ocean and pool view, was a beautiful view day and night, I really enjoyed, I went for vacation with my sister. Don't waist time with vendors trying to sell memberships for Occidental Vacation Club, I lost more of half of my precious day. And did not get what they promised

Small beach right beside a busy marina. Rooms were cleaned daily and beverage cart restocked in room fridge daily. The staff were wonderful and the grounds were kept tidy and clean. We did not use the spa. We very much enjoyed this quiet family friendly resort. My husband and I differ on the food. He very much enjoyed the seafood restaurant and dinner buffet. We didn’t really enjoy the Mexican restaurant and we did not try the Italian restaurant. One meal we agreed on was the breakfast buffet. It was delicious every time. The wait staff was excellent during the breakfast buffet. Two bars on site in lobby/pool area; the other on the beach. We would recommend this resort to others but would kikely.
