Great resort overall. The beach on the other hand, HORRIBLE. The water in the ocean was extremely dirty, chocolate milk. I’ve never experienced this in Mexico. Even though the water was not swimmable, they still wanted to charge $170 PER DAY for the use of beach cabanas.

The entire staff at this resort were AMAZING! Super friendly and kind...room service was quick, even at the late hours that we sometimes requeted it. The pools, food, entertainment and drinks were absolutely wonderful and everything I could have wanted for this trip! The only thing that upset me was the smell in our room. It was a heavy musty smell and it lingered in my clothes, for sure.

First time at this resort, and honestly, zero complaints. The entire resort was very well spaced out, and the staff were all amazing. There was always something to do throughout the entire day - activities for both adults and the kids. Staff were all super friendly, and always eager to please.
