Stay was good. The only issue we had was dinner reservations. We couldnt get in anywhere until 9 pm. The resort was nice and we had the nicest beach on that strip because they were constantly cleaning the seaweed up.

Didn't get to visit the breakfast buffets as I prefer my room in the AM, but room service was absolutely horrible.The personal (the one the speaks good english) very impatient, to the point of rude and dismissive. I upgraded to Diamond, and wasn't worth it at all. No additional benefit desipite what i paid for. $$$ Didnt get the "butler service", or any benefits aside from pool access. Room smelled of mold.
