I would not stay here again. The internet is not free. They give you two devices and the rest you have to pay for. It is not easy to get food. You either have to get reservations to a restaurant, which are impossible to get or walk miles to get to a buffet. There are no snack bars. The beach is unusable. If you want a nice beach, do not go to this hotel. The entire place stinks because of the water. Lastly, the front desk staff is not friendly and the concierges, most of them hate their job. Do not recommend and will never be back!

The property itself is lovely. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. We had a few hiccups along the way. Our room phone did not work, we had a leak coming from the AC unit, and no hot water on the last day. All issues were quickly addressed.

We just returned from our stay at Ventas Ha. It was absolutely perfect. Don’t let the fact that you’re not ocean front steer you away from this property. Having the amenities of all 3 resorts was a huge bonus.

Not as good as our first visit. Towel game was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Tipping did not gain us anything. Butler was non existent. Server at Sea Food restaurant (bald guy) was awful and rude, even when the facility was having electrical issues and backed up toilets. We could have overlooked a lot had the service been nicer.

This property is very clean and constantly being maintained by the numerous workers. Having 3 resorts in one gives you a great choice of restaurants and pools to choose from. Breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent. The main pool at the Marina had lots of activities and kept you well entertained. Would highly recommend the accommodation at the Ventus Ha, with great size rooms and roof top bars. Overall, an excellent experience and only 20-minute ride from the Cancun airport to the resort.

The property is beautiful. We had an amazing time . So many different pool Options . Something for everyone . Some more quiet , some with a lot of activities. Food was fabulous! Difficult to get reservations though for all the amazing restaurants they offer. We mostly went to buffet and that was great too , lots of variety and tasted so good! Beach is not great . But didn’t really bother us because the resort is amazing ,
