This was probably the best customer service I’ve ever received in my life. The hotel had everything you could imagine, and the staff constantly asked if we needed anything while paying attention to every small detail. The pools, buffets, and drinks were excellent. Six days were not enough to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. I 100% recommend it.

unable to get an uber from the airport to the resort a fee of 500 pesos for beach cleaning charged because the seaweed is bad and while there didn’t see a single person on the beach cleaning the seaweed, the beach STUNK and there were PILES of seaweed on the shoreline, Walking by the beach you had to hold your breath just to manage, The smell took over the whole resort, unless you were inside, had to take a taxi to their sister resort to actually use the jetski because their beach was NASTY and unusable, completely full of seaweed, food was just so so for a 5 star resort

My husband, my sister, her boyfriend and I went to Ocean Coral & Turquesa for my 30th birthday and I have NEVER had a WORSE experience. Started off with being unable to get an uber from the airport to the resort. And having to pay 1600pesos for a taxi! At check in everything was ok, until we needed to pay an “environmental tax” fee of 500pesos for beach cleaning cause the seaweed is bad, which is understandable. However while we were there I didn’t see a single person on the beach cleaning the seaweed, the beach STUNK and there were PILES of seaweed on the shoreline. Walking by the beach you had to hold your breath just to manage. The smell took over the whole resort, unless you were indoors. Everything after that seemed to go ok, food was mediocre, nothing that I would rave about. On day 2 we decided to check out their jetski excursion that they have advertised at the pool. 1450pesos for the excursion which was reasonable, but wait! Don’t forget you have to pay 1650pesos for the taxi alone!! More than the actual excursion, because we “couldn’t take an uber”! We had to take a taxi to their sister resort to actually use the jetski because their beach was NASTY and unusable, completely full of seaweed. Day 3 We were then talked into doing a massage. The initial massage was great the service was wonderful. They even tried to get us to do another one, which we agreed to do another day. Unfortunately we were unable to go to the second massage due to severe sunburns. So just

Went here with my fiance to celebrate his birthday and as an early anniversary for both of us. We were greeted nicely and all the staff were great throughout our stay. We were given a free room upgrade with ocean view which was so nice of them. I love the food selection and the easiness to navigate around with services and programs through their website. 4 stars because the elevator in our building was not working for our first 2 days there and our room was in the 4th floor. Also, our wine glasses disappeared after the second night (we had a free bottle from my Expedia vip) and were not given to us again even after requested. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. :)

Excellent experience for my first all inclusive resort. The attentiveness from the every staff member was amazing but huge thanks goes to Jose. He was our assistant at the resort and helped with every detail of our stay. 10/10 recommend. Only con: we couldn’t enjoy the beach on the resort. We did leave to enjoy one beach day during our stay.

This property is cute and racoons galore!!! I absolutely adored getting to see them every night. Rooms are average and need some TLC but overall acceptable. Beds are comfortable and I slept on a pull-out for 5 nights and it was also comfortable enough. Buffet was delightful at all 3 meal times. Staff is friendly with some more so than others but NEVER an issue. They were all wonderful.

The food, staff, and drinks were outstanding. The pools were nice too. They do there best to keep the beach free from seaweed, but was just that time of year. The worst thing is the main eating area/ cafeteria temperature. You'll sweat while you eat. Needs improvement. Food is great though.

Would definitely recommend, but you need to be quick with reservations to have dinner at the restaurants, we managed to get one reservation in our entire stay
