Most of our issues were with the dining service and the food. The menu was very limited, and it was more junk food than actual, proper meals. There were more dessert items than real food, and the options were repetitive every single day, The hotel was in a very remote location and not in the main area where the other all-inclusive hotels are situated. The ocean water was not as clear and beautiful as the beaches at the other hotels,and the reception service was very weak and unprofessional

DO NOT STAY HERE, THIS WAS THE WORST RESORT EXPERIENCE AND I AM A SEASONED MEXICO TRAVELER. THE FOOD WAS TERRIBLE, THE STAFF WERE AWFUL, NO HELP GETTING MY LUGGAGE TO MY ROOM. THE TV DID NOT WORK, THE TELEPHONE DID NOT WORK. I ACTUALLY GOT FOOD POISONING THE FIRST NIGHT AND HAD TO CHANGE HOTELS. DISGUSTING-SHOULD BE A ONE STAR HOTEL.

The pool was enjoyable. But the hot tub was never warmed up. We were there for 12 days and the hot tub was only hot maybe 2 days that we were there an no one wanted to fix it. It’s far away from everything, so you can’t really walk anywhere. They don’t do uber or anything like that to the hotel if you wanted to try something different without going out. We had a great time, other than that. It was relaxing and really nice for the price. The staff was really friendly. The dinners were good. The room service took a while and didn’t taste too good…. They also don’t bring drinks to your room which was kinda disappointing. Our room was cleaned daily. It’s almost an hour drive from Cancun, making it inconvenient to want to walk around or want to go try other restaurants, unless you wanna deal with the hour drive there and back. The road to the hotel is extremely bumpy and really needs to repaved. Our experience was good. These might all seem like negative things, but besides the fact, we had a wonderful time. We ate, sat by the pool, played card games, drank at the bar, did too many shots lol, even went to the club which was fun, and then passed out in our beautiful bedroom.

Pros: clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good drink options, great pool and activity for kids Cons: location, expensive to get in and out of resort literally in the middle of nowhere, ran out of food at buffet and specialty dining restaurants, everything closes early and sometimes before posted closing time, no way to get food after 11 pm except room service where the charge was $10 USD each time. The beach was underwhelming but not the resorts fault. They tried to clean everyday. Overall not a bad experience but would not come again.

4 out of our 9 days our room was not cleaned. We were left without towels in our room many times or not enough for the people in our room. They seemed understaffed. No one tending to swim up bar ever, always had to get out and walk around to get a drink. We were offered a complimentary hydrotherapy session at the spa due to the lack of consistency in our room being cleaned. When we went the cold plunge pool had a filthy film on the top of it and we couldn’t use it and the Hot tub was cold. When we reported this they said they would turn up the heat but that would take 40 min which would be the end of our session. It just seemed like a lot of excuses all the time.

Beautiful family friendly resort, clean, safe, with good food ! The water was the biggest disappointment ( dirty brown water with seeweeds particules…)but it’s not the resort’s fault !! Service was great in general, the only thing that bothered me was begging for bottles of water as they were not always available. We felt super safe at the resorts, plenty of activities for the adults and the kids. The pool entertainment and the evening shows were great ! Had a great time !!

The room is good, but it doesn't have any view, the hotel made a construction that obstructed all the view to the ocean. The food is really good for breakfast, for lunch and dinner wasn't good. The restaurants for dinner we prefer the grill, but the service was very regular.
