Amenities where great, food was great and most employees where great. ****The most horrible experience I had was with the Supervisor of personel that talks to guest after the check in to try to sell you a breakfast to discuss timeshare. When you don’t accept or decide not to attend the female supervisor in white uniform became rude, treat us with disrespect, talk to us in an inappropriate tone, gestures and treat us very very poorly***because of this extremely bad ineraction I will never go back to this property and will not recommend to family, Friends and clients. I spoke to the hotel Guest Services supervisor and other than apologizing no further actio. Or acknowledgment was taken. This type of in action represents the brand and when comparing to very reputable brands like Ritz Carlton and others, they really take care of customers and go above and beyond to correct issues cause by bad personnel. Every body else including beach servers, restaurant servers and service, bell man, transportation where excellent and ironically the supervisors where the o my ones that didn’t provide the appropriate level of service expected.

Our overall experience is rather unsatisfying. Have been to many established hotels with high capacity and boutique ones, this one just makes us feel like sardines in a can. The most off-putting experience is that the average wait time is way over 45 mins on everything—food, room cleaning, fixing broken toilet and out of battery room phone—sometimes you need to call multiple times to get service. It required a lot of planning in order to have a place to sit in the sun and get food. Do you really want to do that during a vacation? Can you manage this with kids? It increased the stress when they tell you all the restaurants are booked (by the Diamond Club members; non-members have to get in line waiting for a table for all the restaurants) on Christmas Eve and your child is going to have to order room service for a hot dog. The decor of the hotel makes us feel like we are staying in a mall. The room is poorly designed with a tub in the middle but nowhere for you to change clothes if you want privacy. Only been built for 3 years, most room amenities are broken and rusted. We got woken up by workers dragging sun chairs on the concrete ground by the pool every morning at 7. Really not the type of vacation we are looking for. We almost missed our flight back to New York due to the poor organization of the car at one of the vendors in the hotel called Nexus (orange sign). We were standing anxiously at the hotel entrance for 1 hour and the Nexus rep couldn't do anything except lo

Close to airport. Clearly treated differently from diamond club members. Must line up early for dinner otherwise plan to wait one hour. Must always tip after every meal drink etc. not truly all inclusive. Food taste bad. Coffee bad. Smell in hallways of sewage. We booked this last minute. Able to accommodate us. Beautiful grounds.

The first room was in a state of disrepair, and it took an hour to switch me to a room that didnt need repairs. The second room was excellent but it took an hour to get into the room when the door lock broke.

Pros: The pools, water park for the kids, the food
Cons: entertainment, BAR friendliness, The beach SEAWEED but nothing can be done about that
Location: The hotel is in the middle of no where. No shops, stores, shopping. We did take a tour to XHEI HA it was nice but 2 hours away.
The beach was horrible & smelly. we did not spend any time at the beach because of the seaweed. The hotel was nice,and the pools. The room OK. not what i expected for a almost 5 star. The food was good and easy to get in the restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful BUT the bar to get a drink not so much. best to get a server or you wont get a drink unless you have money in your hand.
